The client first required our services when they needed
cross-country market research on 3 industries (Events,
Advertising and Market Research) in SEA countries. After
scanning the all three industries in 6 countries
Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and
India and gathering all the needed information, we’ve
compiled a 100+ pages of market research. The research
was exceptional, so the client continued the cooperation
toward building a business plan. The business plan
covered all SEA countries on all 3 industries, including
internal analysis and financial model.
