Strategy Audit
Is there a strategy to deliver investor value?

On-line assessment
     – With cross functional Team up to 20 participants
     – Covers: Vision, Strategy, Goals & Objectives, Culture and Communication
     – Takes 20mins but are given 3-5 days to ensure deliberate responses


Company actions
     – Over same 3-5 days each Team member compiles a list of the following:
     – Re-occurring issues, current product/service enhancements, innovative ideas, opinions/views, suggestions


Pulse Day
     –   One day session at end of assessment with cross functional Team

Discovery Phase (360° view)

On-line assessment – With cross functional Team up to 20 participants – Covers: Vision, Strategy, Goals & Objectives, Culture and Communication – Takes 20mins but are given 3-5 days to ensure deliberate responses Company actions – Over same 3-5 days each Team member compiles a list of the following: – Re-occurring issues, current product/service enhancements, innovative ideas, opinions/views, suggestions Pulse Day – One day session at end of assessment with cross functional Team – Presentation of assessment results – 5-Goal alignment using Company actions – Discover current Company Pulse vs. Perception, P&L and Forecasts Gain an insight into how well the current strategy is placed to support the investors’ exit plan.
