Website graphics were updated from the original 2005 version in 2010. The option to view policy records, pay your bill, and file a claim on-line were many of the revisions in functionality. We made it easier for the policyholder and our agency partners to conduct business with us.
I developed and wrote the copy for a brochure to assist the Marketing Representatives in soliciting new contracts from prospective agency partners. The brochure was tri-fold with die cuts to hold a financial statement which was updated annually. There was also a smaller die cut for the Marketing Representative to insert their business card. The brochure assisted us in the growth of new agency partners due to the fact that it provided a synopsis of the financial condition, culture, mission statement and core values of the companies.
Press releases were sent to local, state and national media outlets for important news related announcements. I was responsible for the content, editing and distribution of these documents. The newsworthy items sent in the past few years were recognition by rating organizations, new board members, recognition by benchmarking companies, and other various announcements.
Numerous radio commercials were written for airing during University of Missouri Football and Basketball games during the 2009 -2010 season. The copy for these ads were written by me to brand the companies and to provide more local, state and national recognition of the company name.
