The Central Communications Team needs to identify target audiences in six core groups at the European level, while Liaison Officers will identify targets at the national/regional level and report this information to the Communications Officer. Liaison Officers are located with project partners and occasionally in important communications hubs like Brussels. The Communications Officer is responsible for managing communications activities including maintaining contacts, representing the project, creating online content, organizing events, and measuring effectiveness. Information is disseminated from the Communications Officer to Liaison Officers and back via regular updates on completed and upcoming communications activities.
