This presentation consists of three parts: a problem statement, prototype solutions, and testing phase. It aims to help a fresh graduate fill the gap between their studies and market needs. The prototype suggests two ways to develop skills: online tutorials and team projects. Online tutorials offer flexibility, interaction, certifications, and cost savings. Team projects enable idea sharing, problem solving, skill development from observing others, and prepare one for team-focused jobs. Two people tested the prototypes and provided feedback that the benefits were clear but it lacked examples and could address conflicts between the approaches.

The current problem is for a fresh

gab between his academic studies

him depressed.

with two persons , the first is the one
whom the statement of problem is
defined for, the another is an
employed one with six-year work
experience.

The presentation should be more dynamic
to attract the viewer.
Despite clarity of ways’ benefits, the
prototype doesn’t give an example of
success of these ways to persuade the
viewer.

a double edged weapon?
Giving examples about some successful
people who could manage their careers
through the integration between courses at
College and their online studies.
Persuade the job seekers to practice online
for an interview to enhance their ability of
self-directed learning and assessment.
