1. Background
The purpose of the document is to explain the primary proposal for the business
project report for BUS-503 course. The main objective of the project is to get a
clear understanding of the whole business communication process of an
organization.
We have chosen Kaz software firm for the study. Kaz software is one of the
leading custom software companies in Bangladesh for software development
outsourcing. They offer software development and content management
services to international customers across multiple industries. They mainly give
service on design, development, testing, deployment, & content (Kaz Software,
2015).
We will study different aspects of the firm and try to give a 360 degree view of
their business plans and programs. In this proposal report we will demonstrate
our objectives, scope, work methodology, time chart. It will also cover a short
bio data on our team members and an approximate budget for this project.
2. Objective
The total objective of this project can be broken down into two categories-
2.1 Broad Objectives:
The main objective of this study is to get a clear understanding of the whole
business communication system of Kaz software in order to complete our BUS-
503 course.
2.2 Specific Objectives:
We will be completing the following specific tasks:
 Take an interview of the management personal- namely the human
resource manager and the business development manager.
 To analyze the tools used to manage the whole office management.
3. Scope
The scope of the project refers to the boundary of the study. It complies with the
person, place or the timeline related with the project.
The study will be conducted at Kaz software. It is located at 28/1, Eskaton
Garden (Kaz Software, 2015).

Dhaka, Bangladesh. Over there we will communicate with one of the senior of
BSSE 3rd batch – Ahmed Tahmid (Tahmid, 2015) and Seikh Rabby Riadh (Riadh,
2015) of BSSE 4th batch. Through his reference, we will communicate with the
management team.
The study is planned to cover a period from 4th April, 2015 to 25th April, 2015. This
time frame was selected in accordance to the course curriculum.
4. Methodology
The present study is a part of academic curriculum. The collected data and
information will be tabulated, processed and analyzed carefully. It will be
prepared in presentable from to make the outcome of the study more useful.
We will try our best to acquire all the information in the short time span available.
The data was collected from a combination of various sources mainly primary
sources and secondary sources.
The primary source provided us with raw data. They were our original courses
who had good knowledge in the related work field. We acquired first hand data
through in depth interviews and self-administered questionnaires.
This secondary source provides data that is already in existence and has been
used before. We will supplement the primary data through the use of secondary
data. Secondary data was sourced from website and social media presence.

Kishan Kumar Ganguly
Now he is enrolled in Software Engineering (5th Semester) at Institute of
Information Technology, University of Dhaka. He is expert in C, C++, C#, Java,
Android & PHP. He also knows Python, Java Script, SQL & Bash Shell. He is fluent
in Bangla & English. He has interest in app development & image processing.
Minhas Kamal
Currently he is enrolled in Software Engineering (5th Semester) at Institute of
Information Technology, University of Dhaka. He is skilled in C & Java. He also
knows C++, Java Script, SQL & Bash Shell. He is familiar with Matlab & OpenCV
too. He is fluent in Bangla, English & Arabic. He holds high interest in image
processing & artificial intelligence.
Saif Uddin Mahmud
At present he is enrolled in Software Engineering (5th Semester) at Institute of
Information Technology, University of Dhaka. He is skilled in C, C++, Java,
Android & PHP. He also knows SQL, Java Script & Bash Shell. He is fluent in Bangla
& English. He has interest in app development.
Mostaque Ahmed
Currently enrolled in Software Engineering (5th Semester) at Institute of
Information Technology, University of Dhaka, Mostaque has keen interest in
business. Along with web development, he is skilled in business communication
and client service. Currently he is working as an executive director in an
advertising agency and is also the head of IT & R&D in an lifestyle magazine.
7. Budget
The budget of the project includes expenditure on various occasions. This mainly
covers the transportation expense and the expense for printing reports. This is a
small project and our approximation is the whole project will be covered within
BDT 500/=. The amount is shared equally by the team members and all will pay
equally in case of any exceed in budget.
8. Conclusion
Our study in the project gave us a clear idea of the insights of how a company
runs and operates. This project taught us team management and gave us
valuable insights in primary business communication. We strongly believe that it
will help us greatly in the future in our work field.
