This gives good results. But
sometimes I can be angry and
lose my temper, which can

• First of all, the environment
(weather, place) and my daily

based on these observations that

• My conclusion is that I need to
move away from emotions and
not project my emotions and
sometimes my own experience
onto the people around me,
which is not entirely relevant for
all people. I also need to treat
better people who make
mistakes but are not my
colleagues.
