1) Coastal Housing(Civil) :
 Block works, Plastering, Painting and IPS Flooring in SS1, SS2, CCR and Lab building.
 Entire civil works in SS3, ITR1, ITR2, ITR3 and Chemical Store.
 Asking our Civil and QC Engineers to cross check and give clearance to the work that is done so that we
can proceed to the next stage.
 Coordinating with other contractors so that we can get the front on time.

 Interacting with their Site Engineer, Planning Manager and RCM regarding site work.
 Solving out any kind of problem they are facing at site.
 Finishing the job that is set by the client JBF as a target on monthly basis.
2) Underground Piping :
• Petron Engineering Construction Limited(PECL) is the contractor.
• Incharge of entire Underground Piping other than Cooling Tower line.
• Along with this incharge of Fire Water Above ground as well.
 UG Piping include Fire Water, Chemical Water, Oily Water, Treated Sewage Water, Raw Water and Waste
Water Network. (All are PE coated CS Pipe)
 It also has Drinking Water, Sanitary Water and Rain Water Pipes.(All are PVC Pipes)
 General supervision of 500 sleepers for above ground Fire Water line along the periphery. 150 no’s for 24”
pipe and 350 no’s for 10” & 16” pipe.
 Cross checking MTO by calculating Running metres of pipes, PE coating quantity for joints and fittings and
number of fittings.
 Calculated Excavation and Back filling quantity of entire UG network.
 Checking and approving Isometric drawings provided by the contractor.
 Pipe Fit up checking before welding.
 Coordinating with civil team to build Man hole, Valve Pit, Catch Basin.
 Asking our civil Engineer to check for the co-ordinates and the level.
From July 2013 to February 2015:
 Worked as Engineer - MEP in Kanakadhara Ventures Pvt. Ltd (KVPL).
 Worked in ESIC Medical College Rajajinagar Bangalore project looking after the execution of HVAC, Fire
Fighting and Plumbing works.

 Ensure that all shop drawings and technical submittals are submitted by the sub contractors and approval
obtained from the consultant.

1) HVAC :
 Executed the Equipment erection operations.
 Executed the Ducting Sheet Metal work from AHU’s, CSU’s and FCU’s.
 Executed the Piping works from Cooling Tower to Chiller and from Chiller to respective AHU’s, CSU’s and
FCU’s.
 Performed Light test to check leakage in Duct.
 Performed Hydro test to check leakage in Pipeline.
 Checking the RA bill provided by the contractor and then passing it to the QS department.
2) Fire Fighting :
 Executed Hydrant and Sprinkler Pipe Line in Shaft.
 Executed Drain Pipe Line in Shaft and branch pipe above false ceiling.
 Performed Hydra test to check leakage in Pipeline.
 Involved in the execution of Fire Suppression system.
 Involved in installation of Pumps in the Fire Pump room.
3) Plumbing :
• No Sub Contractors For Plumbing Works
• Looked after entire external Plumbing works.
 Executed Plumbing pipes in shaft - CI Pipe(100 Ø) for Waste water from toilet and labs , C.I Pipe (75 Ø) as
Antisyphonage, PVC Pipe(150 Ø) for Rain water , GI Pipe(25,32,40 and 60 Ø) for Domestic purpose and
Flush purpose and G.I Pipe (80 Ø) for fresh water riser to overhand tank in terrace.
 Installed Stone Ware and RCC pipe to connect ETP and STP Manhole.
 Executing Core Cutting wherever it is necessary.
 Marking of Manholes across the site and getting clearance for markings from concerned department.
 Asking our Civil Engineer to check for Ground Level and Inverted Level of each Manhole when it is built.
 Installed Khurra in terrace floor for rain water pipes.
