(from screenshot of Frozen film to find the significance of it).

3. What is Frozen ?
Frozen is one of the biggest film animation that ever made by
Disney. Its popularity known by every people in this world and not only
the movie that popular, but the soundtrack of the film “Let it go” is also
too. Like any other Disney animation that being famous for, this movie is
about a kingdom and a princess. This movie is not only for a child but
every age can watch this movie. So, if you didn’t know about this film
you must be living in cave.

4. Why Frozen ?

We decided to choose “blue” in Frozen film which has relation to
Elsa’s characteristic.
A. Denotative: The surface meaning
Blue appeared in most of Elsa’s dress, ice, the title of
“FROZEN”.
B. Conotative: The deeper or hidden meaning
Blue itself means calm and sadness. In Frozen dominated with
color “blue” in winter.
The weather is winter which symbolize of dying. The dying
itself described a sadness.
The character of Elsa in Frozen is loneliness. The loneliness
itself alienate her because the magic which exist in her right

ice around her. It makes people around her to keep away from
her, because of that she feels loneliness. The loneliness itself
bring her to the alienation. So, the meaning of blue in
