What is a flowmeter ?
Simply a device that can monitor and measure the actual amount of ‘product’ being sent through it. Typically flowmeters in industry are used for monitoring use of water, chemicals, ingredients, etc.
A sampling system is used to obtain a small product sample from a pipeline with the same proportions of oil, water, and contaminants as a running stream. OGSI supply sampling and analyzer skids that operate non-stop since fast loop sampling bypasses the main line. The sampling system is considered to be the most cost-effective solution in cases when analyzers are not required per project specifications. Check here to know more about sampling system.
Making the best instrument selection for a flow measurement application should include an assessment of what the operators really need in order to safely and effectively run the process or perform the task related to the measurement of fluid flow.
Insertion turbine flow meters measure flow of liquid, gas, and
steam by detecting the frequency of rotation of the turbine blades. The frequency of turbine rotation is directly proportional to the flow velocity. Insertion turbine flow meters measure flow by detecting the local velocity within the pipe. The fluid velocity is combined with other parameters to calculate the average pipe velocity and volumetric flow rate.

12. WATER BATH HEATER SKIDS
Autometers Energitec Ltd has experience in design, engineering and supply complete heating
skids for Natural Gas Applications. Pre-Heaters are used In Gas Distribution Network Skids or in
Fuel gas Conditioning Skids of Power Plants. Natural Gas is heated to a higher temperature to
compensate the temperature drop arising due to pressure reduction and to meet the specific
temperature requirements by the downstream processes. Increase of temperature improves the
fuel combustion and increases flame temperature in case of furnaces.
