NYU Langone Medical Center went live with a systems upgrade in order to deploy capital more effectively. With over 1,000 beds, 6 million sq. feet and a multi-billion dollar capital plan the Medical Center needed to streamline their construction project management processes and enhance their integration between their project and financial systems for superior planning and execution across their entire portfolio. To achieve this objective they engaged with Enstoa to deploy Primavera Unifier, integrate PeopleSoft with Unifier, launch a change management program and execute an extensive end user adoption/ training program. The Medical Center went through a transformative process in order to produce substantial cost savings, improve their quality of service, and mitigate risks with project execution.

PROGRAM SUMMARY
We have all been there and experienced it – trying to figure out the best way to communicate status to senior leadership. Complex initiatives are challenging enough as it is. Getting the right information and data points at the right level is critical so key decisions can be made to keep the initiative moving. Achieving the right level of communication can be a challenge. If not achieved, senior leadership alignment and support will be at risk. Join your fellow colleagues to discover:
• The different levels of status reporting
• Understand what executives really care about

What more do you expect? In addition to this, execution plan PowerPoint designs can also be used for similar topics such as program documentation, execution plan, earned value management, risk analysis matrix, resource allocation, critical path method, product benefit realization, program charter, and responsibility assignment matrix. So without wasting your time, just grab our PowerPoint Visuals. Evaluate concepts with our Project Execution Powerpoint Presentation Slides. Be able to assess the depth behind it. https://bit.ly/3y8LoTy

Earned Schedule Management is a new method created by Walt Lipke in 2003.
Chris Vizzuett has project management experience in Latin America and Australia. He has been involved in a huge variety of projects (i.e. information technology, process redesign, enterprise architecture, mine expansions and water infrastructure).Chris holds a Master Degree in Project Management by the University of Southern Queensland and he is also PMP Certified. Chris was the project manager during the implementation of the first Enterprise Architecture in Mexico. He is currently working for Kellogg, Brown and Root as a Deputy Project Manager in a large scale water infrastructure project.

Week5 PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT
Writea 200- to 300-word short-answer response to the following: three assignments
1. Supporting Activity: Change Requests
•How should a project manager respond to a change request from a sponsor that is clearly beyond the scope of the project?
2. Supporting Activity: Successful Project Risk Management
•What can be done to ensure effective and successful project risk management?
3. Conceptualizing and Initializing the IT Project
• . How can a value-driven approach improve the likely-hood of IT project success?
Write a 100- to 200-word short-answer response to the following: five assignments
4. Project Implementation, Closure, and Evaluation
· What is the purpose of a project audit?
5. Project Implementation, Closure, and Evaluation
Why would it be difficult to evaluate whether or not a project achieved its MOV shortly after the information system is implemented?
6. Project Implementation, Closure, and Evaluation
· What is the purpose of evaluating the project’s MOV?
7. Project Implementation, Closure, and Evaluation
· Why would evaluating whether a project achieved its MOV make many project managers and teams anxious? Why should it still be done?
8. Project Implementation, Closure, and Evaluation
· What is the difference between a shortsighted and a knowledgeable project sponsor? How can making this distinction help the project manager during project closure?
Individual: Project Postmortem

Submit a 1- to 2-page memo that does the following:
•Details the benefits and drawbacks of a postmortem review
•Lists who should partake in this meeting,
•Indicates what you hope to discover at the conclusion
Week4
Learning Team: Project Costing
The allocation and cost of resources need to be carefully monitored if a project is to be delivered on-time and on-budget.
At a minimum this section will contain the following:
· Allocation of resources to project tasks (both labor and material)
· Cost estimates for project resources
· Gantt diagram showing duration estimates for all tasks and their sequencing (including precedence relations) and highlighting any critical path(s) arising from task dependencies ultimately determining the minimal duration of a project
In addition summarize any relevant facts about the project duration, number or type of resources, critical task sequencing, or how duration estimates were arrived at, and any financial implications (for example, budget or cost reports of the project as well)
•Develop a baseline for your project plan so that all future variances are captured.
Write 2 to 3pages on your findings.
Learning Team: Project Evaluation and Control
Week5
Revise and submit all sections of your Learning Team project along with the Week Five section below.
It is essential for establishing confidence that a project will be executed effectively and with min.
2. Five fundamental questions in any project: What is the project’s progress? How is the project performing? Will the project need more time to finish? How many weeks is the project ahead/behind plan? How is the critical path (key deliverables) going?
3. What is the Project’s REAL progress? Earned Value Management is an effective way to track progress… Actual Cost Planned Value Earned Value Schedule Variance However, EVM is inaccurate when measuring schedule variance and schedule performance during the last third of the project and with projects running late…
4. How is the project performing? Earned Schedule Management is an alternative technique to calculate schedule variance and schedule performance Earned Schedule (ES): 6 weeks Actual time (AT): 7 weeks
5. How is the project performing? How is the project performing? SPI (t) Is the project ahead or behind schedule? SV (t) Will the project need more time to finish? IETC (t) (t)= performance calculated through ESM technique
6. How is the critical path going? Key deliverables in the Critical path are monitored
