Make The Change is a social enterprise founded in 2012 that offers four programs: creative services for NGOs and social enterprises, creative education for marginalized groups, workshops, and corporate engagement for CSR. It has helped over 40 organizations achieve their social missions and trained over 200 youths to become agents of change. This document announces the first creative program designed for persons with disabilities, with rules requiring a minimum 75% attendance, submission of all assessments, and stipulating deductions for late assignment submissions.

They identified their community investment priorities through traditional methods, networking, government policy, and being in the community. Their four themes are people, partnerships, sustainable communities, and environment. They deliver investment through engaging employees, customers, suppliers, and partners. Success is measured through consultation, a BITC check-up, social value methodology, internal quality challenges, and future use of project methodologies and SROI methodology. Partnerships and measuring success are key to their approach.

International Citizen Service
This presentation illustrates how potential volunteers can take part in the ICS programme, brief description below:
ICS volunteers spend 10-12 weeks working alongside local young adults on development projects in Africa, Asia and Latin America before carrying out a community action on their return to the UK. We believe everyone should be able to make a difference to their world, which is why ICS volunteers don’t need any particular skills, qualifications or experience to take part. And of course, they’ll return from their overseas placement with a huge range of valuable skills that will help them in whatever they do next.
It doesn’t cost to take part in ICS; flights, accommodation, visas, training, food and a living allowance are included. Volunteers are expected, and supported to fundraise a minimum of £800 before their placement to demonstrate their commitment and to enable more young people to benefit. The programme’s delivered by VSO in partnership with seven respected international development charities, so not only are volunteers contributing to meaningful projects, they’re also in safe hands.
Following their ICS placement volunteers undertake projects to bring that passion back to their own communities. By August 2015 ICS will create 7000 active citizens in the UK and 7000 in the developing countries where we work.

Evaluation of the Sustainable Employment in a Green U.S. Economy (SEGUE)
The Rockefeller Foundation recently concluded a three-year initiative focused on maximizing the number, quality and accessibility of green jobs in the United States. The Sustainable Employment in a Green US Economy (SEGUE) initiative was launched based on a recognition that the twin challenges posed by high unemployment and climate change created an opportunity and imperative to invest in green jobs in the United States and around the world. SEGUE grant-making focused on advancing the knowledge, innovation, standards and institutions necessary to catalyze growth in the green economy and unlock greater demand for green jobs.
This initiative supported several major research efforts, including an independent, developmental evaluation of the SEGUE initiative by Abt Associates, that yielded important insights on what it would take to create more green jobs and a sustainable green economy.

The Sustainable Employment in a Green US Economy (SEGUE) initiative was launched based on a recognition that the twin challenges posed by high unemployment and climate change created an opportunity and imperative to invest in green jobs in the United States and around the world. SEGUE grant-making focused on advancing the knowledge, innovation, standards and institutions necessary to catalyze growth in the green economy and unlock greater demand for green jobs.
This initiative supported several major research efforts, including an independent, developmental evaluation of the SEGUE initiative by Abt Associates, that yielded important insights on what it would take to create more green jobs and a sustainable green economy.

Community Builders is a social entrepreneurship program that aims to connect members of local communities by sharing skills and talents. Their goals are to reduce loneliness, foster a sense of community belonging, and allow people to learn new skills from each other. The program conducted market research, hosted meetup events, and matched participants to share talents in areas such as art, cooking, languages, and more. As a result of donations, they were able to raise funds to support hairdressing training for women in Indonesia, helping achieve their mission of positively impacting societies globally.

RTG-Graduate Debt Free
The document proposes a program that would allow university students to graduate debt-free by securing sponsorships from companies. In 2012, the organization conducted 37 training programs attracting 655 attendees, 15 best interests case practice sessions attracting 1425 attendees, and 15 in-house training sessions. Feedback from attendees was positive, praising the trainings as engaging, informative, useful, and helping to build knowledge. The organization also conducted 7 focus groups, 12 transition planning forums attracting 329 people, and a residential conference with 270 participants and a keynote speaker. Overall, training attendance in 2012 was 1201 people. The organization distributed training materials and developed online learning environments while promoting evaluation practices. Conferences were presented on topics like residential care, foster care, and sharing innovative practices.
