Amit is a Content Specialist with over 20+ years of working experience in intense start-up
environment, mostly as a Founding Team Member. He started his entrepreneurial journey in 2003
with the launch of Element94, to provide Content and Knowledge Management Solutions.
He began his professional career in 1996, after completing Graduation in Electronic Engineering,
with Combit Advertising in their Design team. He moved to Mumbai to be part of the founding team
at Mudra Interactive (presently, 22feet Tribal Worldwide) and EuroRSCG Interactive (presently, Havas
Creative) during the period 1997-2000, where he lead their online creative teams. He has also played
a key role in setting-up of Media Technology Lab at Netdecisions’ (presently, Blenheim Chalcot)
Development Centre during the period of 2000-2003.
He is closely associated with the social sector and has been driving Institutional Excellence Forum, a
not-for-profit organisation working on Behavioural and Psychological trends among teenagers.

1. Established the KM Cell at operational level for All India Management Association (AIMA) - an
apex body of professional management. The cell has released 1000+ CD ROMS titles of
management seminars organized by AIMA over a decade. The initiative has opened a new
revenue stream for the renowned Knowledge Chamber.
2. Established the Knowledge Network of industry exponents for Federation of Indian Chambers
of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) – an apex business organisation in India and developed Training
Courseware’s in Industrial domains for Academia.
3. Managed Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Impact Extender Programs for all large
pharmaceutical companies to Maximize Sales Effectiveness and Influence, Wyeth, Jassen-Cilag,
Glenmark, Abbott, Pfizer, Wockhardt, MSD and more
4. Managed Digitization for Library at Oval University, South Africa. Converted over 1000
physical books, Journals to E-books. Created knowledge nuggets from the training videos,

5. Implemented Knowledge Management System for Single point of access for collective

6. Developed Behavioural Toolkit using Adolescent Psychology and resultant Behaviours for
Teenage Children helping them to make well-informed academic, career and life decisions.
7. Developed Mobile-Ready Knowledge Assets by Converting the Training materials and
Technical User manuals for Sterlite Power- India’s leading power transmission company. It has
made available to a wider audience through their Knowledge Management Platform and Social
Media Networks.
8. Developed Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) as per Indian Naval Specifications
and standards for Larsen & Toubro Limited and Wartsila India Limited.
9. Developed Student Profiling Avatar, helping progressive institutions to increase the time
spend by Recruiters on per student detail by engaging them with multiple aspects of the
student. Implemented to over 50+ educational institutions pan-India including Institutions of
National Importance, Business Schools and Universities.
