assistance to the Secretary of State and the Deputy Secretary of Sate of Puerto Rico in HR policies, laws, and
regulations. Maintain responsibility for all employee and supplicant system date, reporting, auditing, data entry, and
compliance. Compose detailed correspondence referring to a variety of complex human resources topics and
interpreting rules and regulations. Re-engineer, manage and supervise the agency and local Passport Centers
