Conduct and monitor the Learning Center Program Activity, to ensure students are using the
different activity for learning purposes, not for playing.
Review and grade students’ math and reading assignments.
Provide individual help to those student that need it.
Provide and monitor students’ indoor and outdoor activity areas and materials to accommodate
daily tasks.
Brief parents on their child’s day, when picking them up after school.
Update the students’ folders with their next day assignment to complete.
Work with special needs students and followed their special curriculum.
Set/Arrange students’ breakfast, lunch and snacks which are prepared by the school district.
Evaluate students before sending to the nurse, to see if student is ill or not.
Ensure at dismissal that the individual picking up the student is authorized to do so.
Substitute Librarian Assistant, $90.00 per day
Assist the school Librarian, with issuing students with their workbooks, and library books.
Collect over due fines owed by students
Upload, input and update the school library data base
Distribute equipment needed at the beginning of the school to teachers.
Keep records of what equipment was issued.
Set up and help with Book Fair
Read books to Pre-K and Kinder students.
At the end of the school year, collect all equipment and books issued at the beginning of the
school year, collect overdue fines, update library database and clean and organize the library
store room.

Requested Official Personnel Folder (OPF),. Reviewed OPFs for accuracy by checking all
appointments, nature of action, salary, retirement coverage, step increases and Standard Form
50 (SF50) remarks were correct. Checked employees’ hours who were on an intermittent
appointment to ensure correct leave was given. Process any correction actions and updated
any changes into Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPSD).
Worked Job Fairs with the Army Community Service (ACS), in Heildelberg, Germany and
Wiesbaden, Germany. This joint commitment increased the districts’ applicant pool in
USAJOBS, which enable the district schools’ to reach potential job seekers.
Trained and was the monitor for the federal government’s, Electronic Questionnaire for
Investigation Processing (eQIP). Reviewed/signed off the questionnaire provided by new hires
before HR staffer initiates the questionnaire for processing by the security office.
Trained on how to use the USAStaffing Tool, for recruitment, how to review resumes, validating/
adjudication veterans preferences, submitting applicant notice of results (NOR), how to issue
referral and audit a referral certificate.
Performed employee development duties, which include counseling management and
employees on training opportunities, training methods, procedures for requesting training, and
duty hours regarding training attendance and travel.
Assigned as the Office of Workmen’s Compensation Program (OWCP) manager. Initiated new
OWCP cases in to Workmen Compensation Data System.. Monitored and kept employee
informed on what was needed to do to submit and received pay for the on the job injury.

AFPC’s subject matter expert (SMA) and instructor, the duties were to provide instructional
training on policies, Air Force uniques, staffing procedures and systems, and regulations.
OTJ training also included, recruitment placement process, how to conduct research, the
concept of AFPC Business Processes, how to apply human resource (HR) practices, effectively
understanding and applying the required personnel guidance/regulations, and applying GS/WG
pay setting rules.
Guidance on how to utilize the appropriate automated tools and systems, used by AFPC, such
