What have you learned from your audience feedback?
The document analyzes feedback from viewers of a documentary about t-shirts. Most respondents indicated the beginning was interesting and wanted to watch more to learn more. The topic was obvious throughout and the strengths included camera work, interviews, and music choices. One person felt graphics should be on screen longer. Most also felt the song choices, filming quality, and editing worked well. A few areas for potential improvement were identified such as minimizing background noises in interviews.
Quantitative media analysis homework
The document discusses the results of a quantitative research survey conducted to inform the development of a social realism film opening title sequence. Key findings include: most respondents were female, within the target age range of 10-20, and had studied media or film before. Many were familiar with social realism genres and directors. Most consumed films through online streaming and had seen social realism films that way. Themes around class, poverty, and underrepresented groups were of interest to explore further.

2. Stereotypes and biases affect our lives.
Using this lesson plan, students will achieve deep learning. They are not only understand the matter but also share intimate experience on the matter. Feedbacks from students prove that this method yield better results compared to traditional lesson (lecture-based).
The same lesson plan can be adapted for race and age stereotypes.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in Education
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Layout • Interview 4 or 5 people • Different ages and backgrounds • Have them holding a card with a question on • Then look at camera and have them answer question. • Have first person read question then answer • Others answers to the same question shown • Then same first person reads second question • Others answers to follow • Etc. • (To include their pauses to think and hesitation to represent true opinion, i.e. struggling to think of examples.)
