What can be upcoming products and services of
sanima bank?
• New upgraded technologies such as tab
banking, online banking, mobile banking,
home based services etc are emerging as
upcoming demanded services.
• Bancassurance has become one of the
emerging products in banking industry which
is creating huge contribution in generating fee
based income. Mobile app based banking
services are also being popular in today’s
market due to its user friendly interface and
easy accessibility.
Are customers properly utilizing the product
and services of bank?
• Since our product and services are easily
accessible to our customer due to our
excellent customer service before and
after sales, it is expected that we are
successful to attain maximum satisfaction
from our customers.
Which product is the competitor product that
helps in profit maximization?
• Our entire products and services are
targeted to attain maximum customer
satisfaction thus, our all of our products
are helping in profit maximization.
Now, we know that NRB has put constraint on real
estate lending? What sort of impact is experienced
by bank as well as customer?
• Regulatory body kept restriction in real
estate lending previously in order to keep
the banking sector stable and healthy, and
• To avoid over financing in single sector
thus such restriction won’t have negative
impact on bank and customers as well,
and this restriction working in positive
ways .
What do you think about new products and
services of bank & what’s may be customers
wants and demands?
• In today’s context customers are more
aware about costs, security, accessibility,
etc. Thus new products and services need
to be techno friendly, user friendly, easily
accessible, trustworthy, and advanced as
per the demography of population.
• Since the Commercial banks are moving
towards rural areas which are also
accompanied by NRB, products and
services need to be developed as per the
• For e.g Tab based online banking in the
rural municipality of Karnali region may not
be applicable in such places branchless
banking may be applicable. The product
and services in the context on Nepal need
to be developed as per the demand of
people and geographical locations and
populations.
