Purpose

The Company seeks to maintain the highest standards of Work ethics at all times. Employees should, therefore,
conduct themselves in accordance with these high ethical, professional and legal standards.



The guidelines set out below, although not exhaustive, are intended to cover those situations, which are most
likely to be encountered by employees. In case of doubt guidance should always be sought, from the individuals
Manager, and/or from the Compliance/Legal Department.



A breach of the rules may result in disciplinary action against the employee concerned including, potentially,
dismissal



This policy aims to foster and maintain public trust and confidence in the integrity and professionalism of the
employees of the Company by ensuring that all employees:



         Maintain appropriate standards of conduct that will maintain & enhance the reputation of the Company
         Develop and maintain skills necessary for effective performance of their duties
         The Company is committed to ensuring that its business is conducted in all respects according to
          rigorous ethical, professional and legal standards. The Company also commits to being fair and
          genuine in its approach and in providing the appropriate environment so as to encourage good
          performance and conduct.
