• Recruitment process support desk
• CTC reimbursement process
• Engagement processes and systems
• HR analytics
 Coverage: India and Asia Pacific region

 Process: Transferring data to HRhelpdesk.in servers and understanding existing
processes with internal team
 Tasks performed:
• Coordination of recruitment with consultants, candidates and internal line
managers. Screening resumes for open positions
• Processing the monthly CTC reimbursement bills and forwarding them as an
input for payroll of the month
• Running birthday, anniversary and marriage celebration gesture processes.
Working on mailers for R&R programmes, special event announcements and
coordination
• Working on Monthly reports in relation to headcount, attrition and various
other parameters in relation to people numbers
