How to reduce employee turnover rate 5% in semester 2
2022, so that at the end of 2022 employee turnover rate
only 10% left.
Objective
Employee turnover rate at the end of 2022 is only 10%
Hypothesis
• If percentage salary hike increase to 15% or more, then employee won’t leave
the company.
• If work-life balance is adequate, then employee won’t leave the company
• If the employee performance rating is good, then the employee will not be fired
• If the employee's job matches their passion, then employee won’t leave the co
mpany
• If the employee's work environment is healthy, then employee won’t leave the
company
Metrics Recommendation
• Employee turnover rate = to show us how many employee leave the company
• Employee Satisfaction = to measure the employee happiness
• Absence Rate per Manager = Absence rate broken individual teams and mana
gers, to see relationship between employees and their manager
• Employee Performance = to track employee performance through self-assess
ments, peer reviews, manager assessments, or a combination of all three
• Revenue per Employee = The total amount of revenue divided by the total nu
mber of employees, so we can see if we can increase more salary for employe
e or not
Dimension Recommendation
• Attrition = to separate which employee leave the company and stay
• Department = to see how many employee turnover rate each department
• Job Role = to see employees leaving the company from which job role
• Education level = to see the highest number employees leaving the company
from which education level
• Field of education = to see that employee leaving the company usually from
which field of education
