- #2 Thank you for affording me the opportunity to speak with you today. I owe a special thank you to Rotary in Pinellas County for sending me as one of two rising high school seniors in 1996 to S4TL. That experience forever shaped my life. I have promoted those same principles and values in the nonprofit, government and educational ‘ institutions all across Florida. How many times have you said. I need a kid to show me how to (insert your electronic device here?) Kids are a whiz when it comes to technology. Adult IT professionals aren't known for their people skills. GadgitSkills unites generations while simultaneously bridging What society calls the digital divide.
