People say that the opening of a shop of bagels is not
a very promising business idea, because the streets
are full and the market is saturated. FALSE! There
are many shop of bagels and are set up in a fast
rhythm but there is enough space.
Because of the volume of sales, which is heavily
influenced by the position of the commercial space,
the most appropriate area is a crowded one: a visible
space with a very intens pedestrian traffic.

Think about what could you buy with 1 euro. A steak? No. A
bowl of soup? No. Two hundred grams of olives? No. Five
pretzels? Yes.
How much is a pretzel? 0.22 euro cents, a trifle. It is a cheap
product that they say that you can not get rich from it.
What is usually overlooked is the fact
that this product has three great
strengths:
1. It sells all the year
2. For promotion we don't need any kind of
advertising expenses
3. Being very cheap, the pretzels are sold in
large quantities.

Firstly, what defines a pretzel? It is not hull,
relatively common to all bakery products, it is not
salt, poppy or sesame.
 Pretzels were invented by Greek merchants to sell
more wine.
 The product was called “kovrig”, it was very cheap
and very easy to prepare so that in a short while in the
country inn from the fair, the pretzels become
customary. The innkeepers had placed the pretzels in
inviting rows or in special boxes, made by wood,
equipped with glass lid in order to maintain freshness
and flavor.

Pretzel is a panification product of circular
shape with seed in general sesame, poppy or
salt on top . Both the size, as well as its
elasticity/crunchyness or seed with which it is
sprinkled varies according to the geographical
area.
Pretzel of Buzau, is an original product
with a unique flavor, is manufactured by
hand using the same recipes inherited
more than a century.
