promitatoare, pentru ca strazile sunt
pline, piata e saturata. FALS! Covrigarii
sunt destule si se înfiintează într-un ritm
destul de sustinut dar mai este loc destul.
5. Deoarece volumul vanzarilor este puternic
influenţat de poziţia spaţiului comercial,
zona cea mai potrivita este una
aglomerata: un spatiu vizibil, cu o pozitie
de trafic pietonal intens.

covrig este definit de golul din mijlocul
său.
Covrigii au fost inventati de negustorii
greci pentru vinde mai mult vin .
9. Produsul se numea “kovrig”, era ieftin şi
uşor de preparat aşa că, în scurt timp, în
cârciumile din târg, covrigii devin nelipsiţi:
cârciumarii îi aşezau în şiruri îmbietoare
sau în cutii speciale, din lemn, prevăzute
cu capace de sticlă, pentru a le păstra
prospeţimea şi savoarea.
