1. A multicultural community is one in which people from different nationalities, cultures, ethnic groups live together. Is your the community you live in, a multicultural one?  Yes  No This pattern shows that the prevailing majority of the interviewed (21 out of 23) consider themselves to be living in a multicultural community
2. In your opinion, the number of people of different nationalities in your country is   Very small   Small   Big   Very Big   I don’t know But as four the numerical  “presence”of migrants, they split up into two equivalent  parts : -11 regard the given presence  small (10) or very small(1)  -11 regard it big (4) or  very big (7)

3. Are immigrants in your region peacefully cohabitating with majority?   Yes    Most of the times  Rarely   No   There is a prevailing “receptive” reply” about peacefull co – living: give an affirmative answer: 5 (always) and 10 (most of the times)
4. How often do you relate with immigrants?  Never  Rarely  Often  Daily let’s call  this reply to be of a “perceptive” type, because in 4 question  7 out of 23 declare to have “real “ relations with migrants, exactly 5 “often” and 2 “daily”
5. Where do you meet immigrants more often?  In my neighborhoods  At work  In the market place  During holidays Results  deriving from the following question  show  that only 3 meet  migrants at work in an informal way  in the  market(7) or an holiday (7) 5 in the neighbourhoods (in this case the situation is considered to be “occasional “ and not 2 systematic)
6. Would you allow your children to relate with immigrant children?  Yes  I don’t know  No
7. Unemployment in your country...  ...has nothing to do with the arrival of immigrants.  ...has a little to do with the arrival of immigrants.  ...is mostly due to the arrival of immigrants.  ...is exclusively due to the arrival of immigrants. We can consequently state that on the whole,according to their daily experience, our  specimen does not know the entire universe of migrants in  its  multiple variety. The anwers to questions 7/13 seem to be given  by making reference to ideological  mean or partially influenced by mass media. Many state that unemployed has nothing (12) or  little (7)to do with migrants ‘arrival
