Shot list for trailer
1st, 2nd, 3rd
The first three shots
will be establishing
shots of the estate
which will quickly
flash onto the
4th
This shot will include a
group of thugs mugging
someone on the estate as
the protagonist walks past
staring. This will be a
tracking shot to make it look
as if we are following the
protagonist.
5th
This shot will be a close up
of the protagonists face
which looks angry. This will
be because the boys who
were doing the mugging
notice him and begin to
shout abuse.
6th
This shot will match cut from
shot number 5 and will be a
mid shot of the protagonist
holding a bat as a young
child. The camera will slowly
dolly into the young boys
face.
7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 12th 13th
All of these shots will be
match cuts from the
protagonists face as a
young boy, to his face now.
There will be a voice
montage of the boys on the
estate shouting as these
shots are shown.
14th-65th
All of these shots will be taken
from various places in the film
and will be presented at a fast
pace while music plays over
them. There will also be flashes
of text. We wont decide what
shots we will use until we have
all of our footage together.
66th

This will be an over head
shot, of the protagonist
looking into the middle
class women’s house
from the outside. Here the
music would have
stopped.
67th
Here the camera will remain
outside the middle class
woman’s house, but instead
of us looking over the
protagonists shoulder he will
be in the house with her.
She will then notice him and
let out a huge scream.
68th

This final shot will be a
flash of text, showing the
title of our film (which has
not yet been decided).
