Amanda Bentley proposes an app to help users maintain a healthy lifestyle with a busy schedule. Ethnographic research on college students found it is difficult to exercise and eat healthy with little time. The app would sync with a user's calendar to provide personalized meal and exercise suggestions based on their schedule and preferences. It would fill a need for an integrated app that plans both nutrition and fitness based on the user's changing availability.
