This document presents a proposal for a new smartphone app called the Amanda Bentley App. Ethnographic research with college students found an unmet need for an app to help organize and maintain a healthy lifestyle with a busy schedule. The proposed app would sync with a user's calendar to provide personalized meal and exercise suggestions based on their schedule and preferences. It would fill a gap by integrating exercise tracking, meal planning, recipe suggestions, and logging of food and exercise into one app tailored to the user's daily schedule.
