This document discusses strategies for increasing student participation in physical education classes. It notes that some students may not participate due to lack of skills, bullying, competitive environments, disabilities, weight issues, or lack of social skills. 2. In a P.e class there is plenty of opportunities
for the stars to show off their sporting
ability. I’m sure that you can identify these
children from your P.e classes at school or
maybe you were one of these students?
Unfortunately some P.e teachers take these
students under their wing allowing for
favoritism to occur and the not so talented
students to fall behind and therefore ‘Stand
on the sideline’.
