With 95 employees we produce here the cutting of plates.
We provide 4,000 square meters of which 1,800 square meters covered with three cranes
up to 12 tons.
We have here a modern laser manufactured by Bystronic Company.
We can machine here plates with sizes up to 8,200 x 5,200 mm. Maximum plate
thicknesses is 25 mm.

Robots for welding seams preparation
If desired, all plates are blasted here before further processing. We usually have more
than 1000 tons in stock and can therefore deliver in short term.

6. L.A.S.E.R. cutting
We have here a laser system manufactured at Bystronic Switzerland.
Parts up to 8,200 mm x 2,500 mm with a thickness of 25 mm for steel and
10 mm for stainless steel can be laser cat.
The major advantages of laser cutting:
Accuracy of ± 0.1 mm even for complex contours, minimal boring
diameter equal to 0.7 from thickness, a burr-free edges without large
heat influence, these are just some of the benefits.
You give us your dxf or dwg drawings, and our trained programmers find
thanks to special software for best use of the material, an economical
solution.
We will deliver the parts so that you can machine these directly.
On request we can bend and make the welding preparation.
Near, 25 km from our location in Braila, is the biggest Steel plant in
Romania, the Mittal Steel Company.
A warehouse with over 1000 tons of steel plates.
Daily deliveries to Germany.

7. Plasma- Oxyacetylene cutting
For cutting plates with a thickness over 25 mm, the Company has
following machines
Cutting machine ZINSER equipped with CNC
•Two tables, size 7,000 x 4,100 mm
•Oxyacetylene cutting of plates with a maximum thickness of 300 mm
•Plasma cutting of plates with a maximum thickness of 40 mm
Cutting machine MESSER equipped with CNC, cutting with four
burners simultaneously:
•Table, size 6,000 x 12,000 mm
•Maximum thickness of the cut out plate 300 mm
Tolerances for cut parts according to ISO 9013.

8. Welding preparation
Small chamfers are made with angular grinders
For longer chamfers were uses semi-automatic oxyacetylene cutting
machines
Complex inner and auter contours will be executed by our robot Kuka. The
maximum size of the chamfered part 5000 x 5000 mm

9. Bending
Two bending machines with CNC are available.
EHT having a pressing force of 600 tons:
Bending length: 4,000 mm
Bending capacity S235JR + AR - thickness 16 mm, bending radius 15mm
Bending capacity S355 J2+N – thickness 15 mm, bending radius 15 mm
DURMA having a pressing force of 160 tons:
Bending length: 2,100 mm
Bending capacity S235 JR+AR - thickness 8 m, bending radius15 mm
Bending capacity S355 J2+N – thickness 6 mm, bending radius 15 mm

10. Welded structures
Production of welded structures in Ploiesti
With 250 skilled workers, 85 skilled welders we manufacture welded
constructions up to a weight of 20 tons using MIG / MAG method
according to DIN 4711.
Through the supervision of experienced welding experts we can deliver
you a certified high quality.
We have Great welding certificate according to DIN 18800-7.
We own an area of 15,000 m² of which 10,000 m² covered area where are
11 cranes.
We manufacture if required in devices and have the necessary equipment
in order to always be able to weld in the correct locations.
Our products are already in use worldwide.

Archiving
At goods receipt, the metal quality is tested on a hardness tester .
Plates with thickness > 20 mm should be tested with ultrasound by our
trained personnel authorized personnel.
Steel plates that were not delivered according to the delivery prescriptions
will be blocked and will not come into production process.
