3. Millwork Facility
160,000 square feet of
manufacturing & storage space
capable of handling the small
customer orders as well as large
millwork and multi-store retail fixture
roll-outs.
Our finishing department employs 3
sophisticated, fully automated,
custom made robotic paint lines and
one complete 5 star finishing line
that can run water based, lacquer,
urethane, polyester, and UV
coatings. This allows us to finish 5
different finishes at one time, up to a
capacity of 4,000 pieces daily.
Our paintline reduces an enormous
amount of time and handling which
allows WAM industries to provide
their customer with superior quality
at competitive prices.
4. Millwork Facility
Fully equipped machine shop
with four CNC machines to cut,
shape, drill, mitre, and route
material at the same time for
faster and easier assembly.
Panel saw, laminating, banding,
and shelling machines.
Two wood profile moulders with
over 300 knives is equipped
with automated sanding for any
trim requirements.
Assembly shop employing
cabinet makers and craftsmen
with vast wood working and
cabinetry experience.

handling various forms of sheet and
tubular metal.
Lasers with up to 6,000 Watts of
power capable of precision cutting
mild steel up to one inch thick.
Tubular Laser cutting equipment also
available.
Shelving line and punch press.
Forming capable to bend up to 12 feet
in length.
Mig, Tig and Spot welding, including
aluminum welding.
Polishing facilities for flat and tube
work.
