This document outlines an action research proposal focused on inclusive pedagogy for students with special educational needs at the Ilana Kindergarten. The proposal aims to create an inclusion plan for the kindergarten and understand the requirements parents must meet. It will investigate motivational, cultural and recreational activities that encourage language development in students with special needs. Data collection methods will include observation and field diaries over approximately one year. The product will be a report analyzing situations, identifying difficulties, and proposing successful strategies for educational intervention.
