1. Architects have to make
sure the codes used in CD
meets state, city and local
code in construction.
2. As a reference to begin
construction.
3. This might be the final
drawing if there’s no
changes of the design or
structure of building.
19. CONSTRUCTION
EXECUTION PHASE
Monitor the progress on site regular intervals
make sure construction of the building runs smoothly
-review drawings, datas and samples for general
conformance to the design intent.
Report to Client about the progress of the work
- provide supplemental documents to clarify
design intent for the contractor.
Review then accept or reject the contractor's application payment.
