Head of Design Team of 8 Interior Design Employees, operating in collaboration with the dedicated Architects
and MEP Engineers including tentative workshops, site supervision, and coordinating with all main
and sub-contractors providing shop drawings in compliance with specifications, as-built drawings,
developing details to suite certain conditions (elaboration of different architectural, mechanical, electrical,
and decorative detail finishes).
Supervising the Project budget with Accor Hotel Operating Managers, the revised schedule, the resources
and quality plan. Selection of finishes, materials, contacting suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating
prices to meet the project's budget.

a condensed training day in the Factory and Showroom, learning about Tecno revolution from its foundation
up until our day, followed by site visit to the lab and technical section of the factory revealing the whole process
of the products and productions.
