1. Situational Attribution, which meansby the action or movementis

that the action that peopleis doingor speakingis actually influences
by his situation or environmentmaybeit is a noisy environmentor
because all his surroundingpeopledid thesame thing so its doesn’t
uniqueor nothing wrongdoingit. Dispositionalattribution, which
meansby the action or decision, is madedueto a person’sinternal
characteristics. Meansby the decision is made dueto its education or
his parentactually did it and he learnsit since he waskid.
I had seen beforemy friend he maketwo differentdecision under
differentsituation and it is a same problem he facing at. He is one of
my friend he is a top studentin our school he also a prefectand as
well as he is also a tuition helper at tuition Centre because the tuition
teacher actually need man power to control the whole class and
every time he help the teacher he got paid about rm30 per class. At
school he is a prefectthat time the teacher wentout for a meeting so
a few prefectgot assign to the class to control the class situation and
make sureeveryonedo their homework but not makingnoises or
laying cards. That momentthe class is outof control and it is
extremely noisy and he can’t even controlit and so he smack his book

2. on the table and call up 5 more prefectto help him and he shouted
the class.
On the other hand at the tuition Centre the amountof student
which is almost the same and there’s wasone time the teacher went
out for awhile because she got an emergency at home so my friend in
charge of take look at the studentand as usualthe whole class make
noise and didn’tdo their work. I was expecting him to shouted at the
studentbut he didn’the actually take out all the student’sdetails and
call up their parentsone by oneand thus all the studentof course
scared their parent would know they didn’tpay attention at tuition
so the whole class got in controlled again
Thus I can concludethat my friend actually madetwo different
decisions at differentsituation and environment. Atthe tuition
Centrethe temperatureis much morecold because there is air
conditioner runningon and it is much morecleaner class room thus
makes him morecalm and thinking maturely rather than shouted at
them. So situational attributions actually did happen here and he
actually makesdifferentdecision.
