hotel, and a world class shopping mall, the largest in Turkey with over 150,000 square
metres total rentable space. The Emaar Square Shopping Mall, a trophy asset within the
development, will offer city dwellers a world class shopping and leisure destination. Emaar
Square will also feature 40,000 square metres of office space, accommodating around
4,000 professionals.
Emaar Square Istanbul Project has already received several prestigious awards including

The Al Gurm Resort Project consists of 70 luxurious villas built along the west coast of
Abu Dhabi Island, each of which has a private waterfront, boat jetty, bathroom ensuite,
infinity pool and smart home technology. The net living areas of the villas are varying from
1920 m2 to 2450 m2. 37 Villas are located above the water and 9 Villas are on their
individual islands, all connected by a 4 Km long bridge.

-Museum of Islamic Arts, Doha – Qatar
It is built using Islamic design, the building was designed by World renowned architect
I. M. Pei, designer of the Louvre in Pyramid and one of the most celebrated architects in
the world today. The result is an imposing white museum, consisting of a blend of modern
and traditional styles, and designed so that the cubic shapes of the museum, which
descend from the dome in changing geometric patterns, will interplay with the sun and the
shadows. The project has a full size of 45,000 square meters, and is protected from the
sea by a concrete crescent cape. it was built on 260,000 m2 on an island approximate
59 m off Doha’s Corniche and surrounded by a park.

-Emirates Palace Hotel Project, Abu Dhabi – UAE
Located in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, the magnificent Emirates Palace is a
national landmark and one of the most impressive hotels and conference venues ever
built, at a cost of $3 billion. The Emirates Palace occupies 850,000m² of floor space, and
the exterior of the hotel has 114 domes that are 80 meters high. Many of the suites
offered are furnished in gold and marble. The main central area houses an expensive
marble floor, balconies and a large patterned dome above, picked out in gold. The
topmost floor has six Rulers' Suites which are reserved solely for Emirati royalty and
dignitaries. The complex also contains a large conference centre.

Design and drafting
AIA Guidelines for Hospital and Healthcare Facilities and NFPA Regulations were
followed in the planning of the facility, which is an affiliate of the Johns Hopkins Medical
Center. The project is to encompass a wide spectrum of health services from
preventive medicine to a 207 bed hospital, a rehabilitation center, a nursing home, as
well as a hospice. Also included the project with 240 student nursing education school,
an 360 student allied health education school, a student dormitory, a hotel with 150
room to serve the relatives of patients and residential areas for nurses. Total site area
approximately 200.000 sqm.
-Arasta Shopping Mall and Office Complex, Istanbul
Design and drafting
The total land area is 13.800 sqm and the construction area is 52.000 sqm. 20.000 sqm
is designated for shops and 17.000 sqm for the offices. An intelligent building
incorporating the latest technology in security, fire prevention, heating and air-
conditioning systems.

Design and drafting
20.000 sqm of offices, 3400 sqm recreation, 21.500 sqm services and garage area by
executing both market research and architectural program. The project includes spaces
such as conference rooms, training rooms, restaurants and a helipad to enhance the
working environment; as well as a shopping arcade, a hairdresser, a daycare and a
sports club to enhance the free time of the working population.
