This document discusses the use of prepositions of place (at, in, on) and time (at, in, on). For place, we use "at" for addresses, "in" for enclosed spaces and streets/cities, and "on" for surfaces. For time, we use "at" for specific times, "on" for days/dates, and "in" for longer periods like months/years. There are also some exceptions noted such as using "in" for hospitals but "at" home or work.
