On August 1995, Prefi has been found by Mrs.Belma Yilmazyigit in Ankara. Prefi has been working on the behalf of construction
companies, petroleum companies, mining companies, energy companies and esteemed governments special projects; from a simple
mobile unit to three floored panelized buildings. Whether the climate is tundra or desert type, city center to terrorist area, Prefi has the
capability to build up the whole city, new site area.

With also a policy is written on our statement, Turkish Government is strictly controlling our Factories each month about our impact on
nature. Also the list of residual materials capacity is being listed according to our capacity reports.

world.We here by seperate our rubbish like plastic bottle tops from steel caus while using paints.Thew rubbish is go into two.Steel is used
again and the plastic is used again.Where plastic is used is in PVC floors and steel is return us as a new steel plates.

1.13 DANGER AND RISK EVALUATION PROCEDURE POLICY
The object procedure policy; To define the potential dangers and risks related with them during activities of Prefi Prefabs Factory and to
define the basics and ways of expected and potential risks in order to take them under the control systematically.
I. Prior Dangers:
The topics which are graded 16(inclusive) or more than 16 according to the statistical evaluation:
The work on process is stopped when it is needed
Danger is taken under the control.
In order to have fully control over the situation, documented procedure/instructions are made up.
Monitoring and measuring plans are prepared and they are tracked.
Correcting or regulating actions to improve the current situation are defined.
They are documented and add in process, are applied and followed.
It is aimed to lower the 1st. Prior dangers to the acceptable limits according to the control results.
The chase of improvements numerically (statistically) is performed when it is possible to apply and they are tracked.
Related trainings for the responsible personnel are organized and done.
It is acted to check and control all of the applications about these subjects periodically.
II. Prior Dangers:
The topics which are graded more than 9(inclusive) and less than 16 according to the statistical evaluation:
Danger is taken under the control
The related and required instructions are organized when their need is emerged.
It is supplied to be monitored and be measured and they are tracked in the archives as much as possible.
Correcting and regulating actions contributing to the improvements are defined and they are applied and they are controlled for the last
step.
It is aimed to lower the 2st. Prior dangers to the acceptable limits according to the control results.
The personnel on the critical position is trained according to their required skills.
It is provided to be audited all applications in these kinds of subjects periodically.
III. Prior Dangers:
The topics and precautions which are graded less than 9(inclusive) or more than 4 according to the statistical evaluation are defined in the
section of planning applications and are controlled to apply or not. The personnel of the enterprise is trained according to the required skills
of positions. It is aimed to lower the 3rd. Prior dangers to the acceptable limits according to the control results
Control of Dangers and Risks:
Preclusive actions for the intention to reduce the considered dangers and their potential and probable risks or them under the control are
planned. In addition to these actions, in order to provide OHSAS 18001 requirements and permanent improvements, related applications
are defined. For example: Various ways showing how to take these dangers and risks under control , the ways which must be followed and
instructions which must also implemented, planned trainings exc.
Although it is impossible to provide a completely protection for potential dangers and probable related risk or putting out of sight, it can be
obtained to reduce the probabilities of potential dangers and those related risks by those applying control mechanisms. These control
systems are indicated below:
- Precautions for the source (New technology, repairing, restoration, exc.)
- Precautions for the environment (Employee size, improving the physical-chemical and biological conditions, plates and signs exc.)
- Precaution for the people on the position (Protective equipment, training, performance evaluation, documents and working span exc.)
Accountable of the Planned Action
The accountable of the planning activity is selected by the production manager. It is declared to the person who is selected for his position.
ISG accountable see over the defined risks, risks, priorities of them, important risks and application and control results prepared according
to them. He does corrections and regulations if needed. The programme confirmed by production chief is added to the administration plan
and keep on processing.
1.14 OHS INSTRUCTIONS
1. Every precaution taken concerning occupational health and safety shall be followed,
