It has facilities totaling over 21,000 square meters for manufacturing, offices, storage, and parking. Cintasa specializes in designing and manufacturing bulk material conveyor equipment such as belt conveyors and has completed projects on all continents, serving industries such as minerals, cement, quarries, and recycling. It has an international network of dealers in 26 countries across 5 continents.

Cintasa is placed in a strategic
position for overseas trade due to is
in a midway between Madrid and
Barcelona, no more than 3 hours by
truck or 1,5 hours by train.

, Cintasa is ready to design,

4. Our manufacturing processes, always
managed by our Quality Department,
are perfectly defined for all and each
one of our production individual phases.
Cintasa is also certified by ISO 9001.
CE mark is placed in all equipment.
Plasma cut machines, sand blasting and
painting tunnels, winches, folding
machines and welding sets are some of
the resources. We deliver all of our
equipment preassembled as much as
possible, being this our technical support
to client from the beginning. Saving also
a high cost for site assembly to client.

Our Engineering Department with
more than 14 experienced engineers,
plus our Research and Development
area, gives to Cintasa more possibilities
to calculate and design all types of
installations adapted for all markets.
Sales staff gives to Cintasa the opportunity
to increase our customers and the
establishment in new countries. Cintasa has
installed its conveying systems on all
continents. BAUMA, CTT, SMOPYC, BIG 5
and others are some of our presences like
exhibitors around the world.

6. Products
Cintasa is specialist in the design and fabrication of bulk material conveying
equipment, mainly belt conveyors, but including also others like feeders, elevators
(buckets & sidewall belts), Sicon enclosed belt, roller ways, etc. Our equipment is
used in all type of conveying needs.
Main destinies of our conveyors are minerals, cement plants, quarries, recycling
plants (waste, rubber, glass…), chemical industry, cereal & grains storage systems,
biomass, etc.
In summary, 95% of our production is focussed on conveying equipment, the other
5% is destined to structures, stock hoppers, silos, etc., very linked to our main
product.

structural reinforcement. Destined to
convey large capacities and with long
distances between supports.
TUL (UPN)
UPN structure allowing easy
adaptability. Used mainly for
feeders, mobiles, reversibles,
landscape or gantry conveyors.

Option sidewall belt can be used
