SteelDock features flexible shapes as well
as the ability to realize challenging archi-
tectural designs. SteelDock is cost-effective
and easy to transport and install.
SteelDock is a robust system of individ-
ual modules formulated for maximum
resistance to the disorderly behaviour of
moored vessels. SteelDock modules are
forged from hot galvanised steel to resist
the corrosive action of seawater.

Our main production site is in Adana,
on the South coast of Turkey. The
factory is located close to an inter-
national seaport which allows the
manufactured pontoons to be loaded
directly onto a trans-atlantic delivery
ship. All of our pontoons can be built
at this production site; alternatively,
pontoons can be built at the job site,
which lowers costs and the environ-
mental impact of transport.
FACTORY PRODUCTION
Our 3000 m2 closed facility consists
of a CNC EPS cutting shop, a metal
workshop and a concrete casting
area with adaily production capacity
of 60–70m2 pontoons. Our highly
trained quality control engineers
supervise all pr oduction on the
premises.
JOBSİDE PRODUCTİON
Clients will benefit from lower man-
ufacturing and logistical costs and
faster production and installation
times when production takes place at
the job site. Our team of profession-
als can produce up to 100 m2 of
pontoons daily without sacrificing
quality.

Our designers and architects draw up plans and our visual team works with our architecture and design
team to create a virtual prototype of your product. All teams are at the same time consulting

spaces to life in 3D.

Our engineers use the latest technologies
such as 3DFlow, SAP2000 to analyse and
calculate the live/dead loads, wave and
wind forces, berthing and tidal effects.
