Transportation Payment
• Responsible for processing of transportation payment.
• Responsible for payment reconciliation & queries.
• Follow-up with Shared Services for route, freight & master data updating.
• Responsibility of all types debit not related Transit delay/damage & damage vehicles in side yard
and keeping all record related to debit notes .
• Preparation of transporter performance index on monthly basis or as and when required.
Sales Co-ordination
• To meet Sales plan & to ensure timely availability of vehicles & ensures timely delivery at
customer ends.
• Responsible for the daily order follow up for different variants from regional Sales Manager & its
execution.
• Responsible for releasing sales priority for the day after coordination with regional office .
• Responsible for making and execution of sales orders.
Distribution & Transport Management
• Handling Transporter Load allocation and ensure same day trailer out from plant with in 2 hour.
• Mention transporter allocation as per Transporter monthly target and availability of
Trailer/Truck.
• Responsibilities manage day wise availability of Trailer/Truck at plant accordingly planning of
day wise billing.
• Responsible for arranging road permit accordingly monthly planning of dealer billing.
• Responsible for availability of Temp No. by road dispatch.
• Monitor overall performance of Transporter and change business share accordingly.
• Responsible for the developing, documenting, and executing a comprehensive logistics and
distribution strategic plan which will drive optimal customer service and profitability.
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance measures are met within corporate and legal guidelines.
Inventory & Yard Management
• Manage vehicles location planning, receiving, storage safety.
• Planning of vehicles stocks & inventories.
Trailer Tracking and On Time Delivery
• Responsibility of Daily Tracking of billed & Dispatch vehicles & ensures damage free on time
delivery at customer ends.
• Responsible for daily Transit status updating on portal (Transport Tracking system) from
Transporter.
• Preparation daily MIS for transit vehicles and share same with regional and H.O.

• Documentation of export dispatches (ARE).
