Job Description-:
• Manage the overall operations of warehouse.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of finished goods warehouse.
• Authorization of Goods Received Note (GRN), Branch Received Note (BRN), Sales
Return Note (SRN), Stock Transfer Notes(STM).
• To ensure all inventory tagged at all times, no inventory should be untagged.
• To control all stock movements.
• To ensure that the stock situation is accurately reflected in the system.
• Execute quarterly stock Audit with zero mismatch.
• To ensure the proper checking of incoming material as per supplier challan / invoice.
• Prepare QC metrics & ensure same is being followed for every product.
• Ensure proper racking infrastructure to avoid damages of inventory.
• To ensure that high value items are recognised and properly controlled.
• Ensure all orders are executed on same day.
• RTO & RMA Process completion.
• Check and verify shipping records, address problems with inventory control.
• Physical verification of stock to ascertain variation in system balance & physical
balance.
• Maintaining and improving overall operational and departmental efficiencies.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and planning for future capacity requirements.
• To control and monitor the issuing of all documents used in moving stock from one
location to another.
• To report on areas of responsibility regularly in the agreed format.
• To handle entire packaging development of All category independently by Packing
team, as per business requirements.
• To identify new material, technology, suppliers for packaging material and processes.
• Packaging material testing, transit trials, machine trials etc.
• To support product development and brand team in various new product development
initiatives.
• Developing New/Alternate vendors for procurement of existing & new packaging
material (Local Vendor) in coordination with procurement / Admin team.
• To Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives for the business in various
packaging material including primary, secondary & tertiary packaging.
• Establish productivity metrics for each warehouse coordinator/Executives
• Ensure team management and developments with planning headcount, hiring,
performance management, retention etc.

Job Description-:
• Implementing Internal Audit Report observations.
• IN warded by invoking the site code and undertaking a global count of items sent.
• Compare the security stock inward register to ensure that all stock at store has been
correctly in-warded.
• Goods are received according to the Stock Transfer Note (STN) issued
• Accurately in warding the goods and generating the Goods Receipt Note [ GRN]
• Warehouse in charge to confirm from the respective DM on the stocks received from
warehouse and obtain his signature on the STN.
• Maintaing Store Inward Register.
• Ensuring that Security enters GRN & STM in security inward & outward register.
Following up with Ware house / Vendor for the shortage / damaged /defective
merchandise replacement through discrepancy note
• Following up with warehouse for the excess merchandise received or return back
Ensuring that Security enters in security inward & outward register.
• Coordinating with staff for the inwarding the merchandise.
• Maintaining outward register for goods outwards physically dispatching all outward
goods.
• Coordinating with warehouse / category / vendor about discrepancy in the received
goods
transferring the stock to another store through STM.
• Process Improvement & new initiatives. Quick Turnaround of Vehicles
• Ensure that all the merchandise present in the back store is properly arranged brand-wise
and day-wise for stock take. Pre-count labels needs to be put and the global count should
be noted
Inventory Management
• Managing the entire Inventory with regards to receiving and distribution process from distribution
center, Vendor & inter branch location.
• Ensure SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and Systems are followed to carry out smooth
operations of the department.
• Accountable for controlling of the inventory & shrinkage.
• Co-ordination with B&M (Buying and merchandising), Vendors, and Distribution Centre &
Support functions like accounts, maintenance Security for smooth functioning of the department.
• Maintaining All Inventories in Software ERP JDA
• Working on MMS (AS 400) software through IBM.
• Also working with software OREGANO (BY MOBICULE TECHNOLOGIES LTD.)
MIS
• Making reports of inward & outward stock in pre assigned format & sending the same to
Distribution & Logistics team on daily basis.
• Making monthly report on month end include (stock received, stock dispatch, bill matching,
transfer discrepancy, tax form used, damage report, quantity difference note, return to vendor,
SAV.
• Filling checklist online on daily basis.

• MBA in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University.(2016)
• Bachelor of Commerce from Motilal Nehru College (2010)
• Passed XII from C.B.S.E (2006)
