This document provides a schedule for an August 2012 teaching practice course. It includes: 1) Dates and topics to be covered each class such as lesson planning, syllabus design, teaching methods, and practical activities like preparing lesson plans and mini-classes. 2) Details of activities and readings assigned for each class, including chapters from textbooks to discuss, videos to watch, presentations, debates and collaborative blog work. 3) Plans for students to prepare and deliver short sample lessons ("mini-classes") to practice teaching and get feedback.
