This document discusses breaking curses and poverty through prophetic prayer and spiritual weapons. It begins by defining poverty and its different types. It then discusses how poverty can operate as a spirit through one's mind and attitudes, not just finances. Various scriptures are provided about God's provision and breaking free from lack. The document provides a prayer to break curses by bringing the authority of Jesus' cross and blood over any curses. It asks God to send angels to disarm all curses and black arts.

Before Christ came into our lives, we were children of darkness. But even as God is light, and Christ is the light of the world, so also are we are children of light. As such, we ought to walk in the light and behave in a manner consistent with our calling. Wake up oh Christian and let your light shine.

Over the years, I've read and studied a lot about tithing and this one thing I know for sure, God never said he wanted money as a tithe. In fact, the Hebrew word for tithe the Ma'aser. It means tenth part. The tenth part that Ma'aser refers to everything eatable. The Bible does mention money but money was never paid to the priests or Levites as a tithe. Not one single occupation in the Bible that a person had ever cough up ten percent to temple. So if the Bible is clear on tithing and who paid the actual agricultural, herd and flock tithe, then why do people persist to perpetuate and non-biblical monetary tithe system that the foreign to the scriptures. The Bible is very clear as to what our purpose in this life should be. Men in both the Old and New Testaments sought for and discovered life’s purpose. Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, according to scripture, discovered the futility of life when it is lived only for this world. He gives these concluding remarks in the book of Ecclesiastes: 13 “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil”. - Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.

Jesus was to sprinkle us with his bloodGLENN PEASE
This is a study of Jesus being the one to sprinkle us with His blood, It is like the blood that was sprinkled in the Old Testament on a number of occasions.
The three persons involved in the act of prophesying. God, the giver of the word. The person receiving from God to transmit the word. The final receiver.
We can use the power of the blood of Jesus for our benefit. Claiming His blood daily, builds up a shield of protection around you, your household and your ministry.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

Poverty is general scarcity, dearth, or the state
of one who lacks a certain amount of material
possessions or money.
It is a multifaceted concept, which includes
social, economic, and political elements.
Poverty may be defined as either absolute or
relative.
8. Poverty is a state of mind
There are two types of poverty:
1. Poverty that brings blessings, and
2. Poverty that is a curse.
9. How do you think, see and speak
about yourself?
Grasshoppers: Numbers 13:33
Dead dog: 2 Samuel 9:8
Stew of lentils: Genesis 25:29-34
Right of birth: Genesis
Buried Talent: Matthew 25:25
David, Nabal: 1Samuel: 25
And Abigail
10. Poverty isn’t only connected
to the material realm
Someone rich in money can be poor in the
spirit.
Someone poor in money can be rich in the
spirit.
11. Money can buy many things,
Food, but not health.
House, but not home, family.
Positions, but not respect.
Sex, but not love.
Power, but not peace.
Entertainment, but not joy.
12. The acceptable type of poverty
Matthew 5:3 (NKJV)
3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit,
For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Jesus said that being poor in the spirit is a
blessing that brings in the richest Kingdom
ever to be part of your life.
13. Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor;
In Jesus we have an eternal divine exchange!
Remember that poverty is not only the absence
of money.
If you don’t meet your financials and other
essential needs to live a good life, then most
certainly the spirit of poverty is in operation.
14. Poor in the kingdom means:
Even if we posses everything, without God, we
are nothing.
Emptying ourselves will allow the Holy Spirit
to fill our emptiness.
To be qualified to enter God’s Kingdom.
To be humble.
To be accessible to God.
15. Poor in the kingdom is:
To be prune by the Word and the hand of God.
To be weak before God.
To be open to God.
He doesn’t need strong ones.
He works with the poor in spirit.
16. Worse kind of poverty
Know the wrong kind of poverty.
Expose its roots in our life and of people.
How to break the grasp of the spirit of poverty.
The worst kind of poverty is the religious one.
17. Wrong doctrine of poverty
Some believe that a Christian should be poor,
this is a wrong concept and is in opposition
with what the word of God says.
Deut. 8:18, God gives ability to produce wealth.
Job 5:22, Laugh at destruction and famine.
Psalm 34:10, Lack no good thing.
2 Cor. 8:9, Through His poverty, become reach.
3 John 1:2, As your soul prospers.
We need to prosper in all three realms, spirit, soul and
physical.
18. Two things that open doors to
poverty:
Serving Riches, and
A covetousness conduct.
19. Matthew 6:24 (NKJV)
You Cannot Serve God and Riches
24 “No one can serve two masters; for either
he will hate the one and love the other, or else
he will be loyal to the one and despise the
other. You cannot serve God and mammon.
20. Hebrews 13:5 (NKJV)
5 Let your conduct be without
covetousness; be content with such things as
you have. For He Himself has said, “I will
never leave you nor forsake you.”
21. HERE ARE TWO PRINCIPLES
THAT WILL OPERATE IN BOTH:
POSITIVE, AND NEGATIVE WAYS.
22. What I say so shall I be!
Mark 11:23 (NKJV)
23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to
this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into
the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but
believes that those things he says will be
done, he will have whatever he says.
23. I am what I think of me!
Proverbs 23:7 (NKJV)
7 For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.
We have the power to change our lives!!!
24. The Spirit of Poverty operates through
the mind, emotions, and attitudes
not money.
The Spirit of Poverty can be upon people who
are Spirit filled and good tithers.
The Spirit of Poverty can be on churches,
young and old, anyone or anything.
25. The spirit of poverty
Deals with some attitude inside of us, not just
money but anything that we can consider
important.
It causes us to concentrate our efforts on little
things instead of on major things.
Poverty will make us remember the past and
hurts, bringing fear of loosing or failing.
You must have a positive attitude.
26. God is a giver
God is a giver but Satan and man come to
steal, to kill, to destroy
(John 10:10) but Jesus comes to give us
abundant life.
When you give, give without agitation, have
peace in your heart, otherwise you’ll give out
of fear or obligation.
You must operate out of faith.
27. Philippians 4:13, 19 (NKJV)
13 I can do all things through Christ[a] who
strengthens me.
19 And my God shall supply all your need
according to His riches in glory by Christ
Jesus.
He gives you strength and supplies your
needs.
28. Proverbs 3:9 (NKJV)
9 Honor the LORD with your possessions,
And with the first fruits of all your increase;
He gives you possessions and gives you
increase.
29. Proverbs 19:17 (NKJV)
17 He who has pity on the poor lends to
the LORD, And He will pay back what he has
given.
He pays you back what you sow in the
kingdom.
30. Proverbs 22:4 (NKJV)
4 By humility and the fear of the LORD
Are riches and honor and life.
He gives you riches, honor and life.
31. The Bible addresses poverty
as a person, as a spirit.
Proverbs 6:11 (NKJV)
11 So shall your poverty come on you like a
prowler, And your need like an armed man.
Poverty is like an armed person.
Poverty is a spirit and we need to address it
properly.
32. Break the spirit of poverty
in your life
You need to have Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
Remember that the Holy Spirit lives in your
heart and it is clean.
The Spirit of poverty resides in the mind.
33. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (NKJV)
4 For the weapons of our warfare are not
carnal but mighty in God for pulling down
strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and
every high thing that exalts itself against the
knowledge of God, bringing every thought
into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
34. Proverbs 24:1-4 (NKJV)
24 Do not be envious of evil men,
Nor desire to be with them;
2 For their heart devises violence,
And their lips talk of troublemaking.
3 Through wisdom a house is built,
And by understanding it is established;
4 By knowledge the rooms are filled
With all precious and pleasant riches.
35. Poverty is a very bad thing.
It’s time to decide not to be poor.
Make the decision not to be poor!
Poverty is a very strong spirit that fights
people all around the world.
It’s time to fight it back.
36. Ponder these questions:
WHO IS THE GOD THAT CREATED US.
WHO IS THE GOD THAT SAVED US.
WHO IS THE GOD THAT CONSTANTLY
PROVIDES FOR ALL OUR NEEDS.
The following scriptures will give us a glimpse
of Who He is.
37. Who our God is
Psalm 24:1 (NKJV)
The King of Glory and His Kingdom
A Psalm of David.
24 The earth is the LORD’s, and all its
fullness,
The world and those who dwell therein.
38. Everything belongs to Him!
Psalm 50:10 (NKJV)
10 For every beast of the forest is Mine,
And the cattle on a thousand hills.
Haggai 2:8 (NKJV)
8 ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’
says the LORD of hosts.
39. He makes us rich
2 Corinthians 8:9 (NKJV)
9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus
Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your
sakes He became poor, that you through His
poverty might become rich.
40. He is our Father,
we are His heirs
Romans 8:16-17 (NKJV)
16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our
spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if
children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint
heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer
with Him, that we may also be glorified
together.
41. He prospers us
Deuteronomy 28:12 (NKJV)
12 The LORD will open to you His good
treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your
land in its season, and to bless all the work of
your hand. You shall lend to many nations,
but you shall not borrow.
42. Prophetic Weapons
Any type of prophetic utterance or
activation is a powerful weapon that
penetrates as a double edge sword cutting
any darkness and strongholds off of
personal lives, your surroundings,
circumstances and any possible situation.
43. Praying in the Spirit
The bible says that we don’t know how to
pray, but the Holy Spirit in us will intercede
with groaning that cannot be understood.
When we pray in tongues we allow the Holy
Spirit to search our hearts and so He will bring
in the right prayer that we need at the moment.
Tongues is a powerful weapon for our own
encouragement.
44. Declaration and Proclamation
Many countries have gain independence from
the oppressor, we will follow that model to
become free from the oppressor:
Know your rights and authority.
Recognise the abuse and oppression.
Write down the tenets of our independence.
Sign up an get witnesses signing up with you.
Proclamation of what has been declared.
45. Prophecy weapon.
This is one of our stronger weapons, as we are
declaring God’s word into any circumstance.
We don’t see the actual situation, but we see the
Word of God fulfilling the plan, promises and
blessings that God already has commanded for as to
receive and posses.
Knowledge of the Word, our faith in it and our
thanksgiving will work together for the realization of
what is already done in the spiritual realm.
46. Time to pray
Now we’ll exercise the power and authority that God
has conferred to us, and boldly we’ll make prophetic
declarations and proclamations based on the Word of
God, to break any curse that could be affecting our lives
and the ones of our beloved ones.
Repeat this at home many times as you can, do a
paragraph and meditate on it, let the Holy Spirit speak
to you, then continue using the same method.
48. A Prayer for Breaking Curses
I proclaim that “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the
law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: 'Cursed
is everyone who is hung on a tree'" (Galatians 3:13).
In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I now bring the
fullness of his cross, death, blood, and sacrifice, his
resurrection, life, and empty tomb, his authority, rule, and
dominion; I bring judgment from the Lord Jesus Christ
against every foul power, witchcraft, black art, and curse.
I bring Jesus Christ cursed for me against all curses that
have been raised against me—written, spoken, unspoken,
or transferred to me.
49. {If you know what the exact curses are, it helps to
name them. For example, “all curses of death,” or “all
curses on my marriage or my health,” etc.}
I bring the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ, the Son of
God, his blood shed upon the cross, against all blood
sacrifices and rituals and their every claim against
me.
I bring Jesus Christ, the Son of God, sacrificed for
me, against all ritual sacrifices and their every claim
against me.
50. I bring the dedication of Jesus Christ for me in death upon
the cross against all ritual dedications. In the name and by
the blood of Jesus Christ, I break the power and hold of
every curse that has come to me through a ritual or a
ritual sacrifice.
In the name and by the blood of Jesus Christ, I break the
power and hold of every curse that has come to me
through transfer by another human being.
51. In the name and by the blood of Jesus Christ, I break the
power and hold of every curse that has come to me
through words spoken. In the name and by the blood of
Jesus Christ, I break the power and hold of every curse
that has come to me through occult practices.
In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare every legal hold and
every legal ground of the enemy broken, disarmed, and
destroyed. Satan has no hold over me now through curses
or occult practices, through sacrifices or any ritual of any
kind.
52. Through the blood of Jesus Christ, I am free.
Thank you, Jesus, for setting me free.
I order these curses and claims utterly disarmed and
dismantled now, through the power of the blood of Jesus
Christ, and in his name.
In the name of Jesus Christ, I command all demonic
spirits that have gained access to me through curses and
rituals cut off and banished from me and my household,
in the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
53. Jesus, I ask you to send your angels now to
completely disarm all curses and black arts
from me; disarm their every device and render
them destroyed.
I ask your angels to remove all foul spirits
involved in these curses and black arts and
bind them to your feet for judgment.
54. Jesus, may these things be fully accomplished
now through your mighty name. I give you
thanks and honor and praise.
All of this I pray by the authority and in the
mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ of
Nazareth, who came in the flesh.
Amen, and so be it right now.
Thank you Lord.
Amen.
55. “By the mouth of two or three
witnesses every word shall be
established.” 2 Cor. 13:1
You will write down your declaration of
independence of poverty, sign it up, ask two
friends to be your witnesses and sign up your
declaration as well, then boldly proclaim it
before the Lord.
56. Next week:
“To be the head, and not the tail.”
Deuteronomy 28:13 (NKJV)
13 And the LORD will make you the head and
not the tail; you shall be above only, and not
be beneath, if you heed the commandments of
the LORD your God, which I command you
today, and are careful to observe them.
