This document contains a collection of short passages and notes on various topics related to wisdom and faith. Some of the main ideas discussed include:
1. The fear of God is said to be the beginning of wisdom and can only be produced by reading God's word.
2. Children should be taught the fear of God from a young age as it brings life and keeps one from evil.
3. Those who fear God will receive healing and tread down enemies, and their holiness will be perfected.
4. When dark times come, one should not try to lighten their own darkness but know that God is the source of light and will enlighten the darkness.

God has been encouraging me to pray the promises He has given me. It is not just enough to read them but pray them into being. Just like the parable of the sower and the seeds in Mathew 13, the enemy will try to rob us of what God has for us if we are not careful. We, like Joshua, should meditate on the word of God day and night. By doing this, the word gets into our hearts and not just stays in our heads.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

5. The Secret Birthplace For Uncommon
Wisdom. The Fear Of God Is The Beginning
Of Wisdom. “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of
wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is
understanding. For by Me thy days shall be multiplied,
and the years of thy life shall be increased,” (Proverbs
9:10-11).
“For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of His mouth
cometh knowledge and understanding,” (Proverbs 2:6).
“He sent redemption unto His people: He hath
commanded His covenant for ever: holy and reverend
is His name. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of
wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do
His commandments: His praise endureth for ever,”
(Psalm 111:9-10).
“The secret of the Lord is with them that fear
Him; and He will shew them His covenant,” (Psalm
25:14).
What You Cannot Get From Anywhere
Else But The Bible. The fear of God can
only be produced by His Word. “The law of the Lord is
perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord
is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the
Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment
of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of
the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of
the Lord are true and righteous altogether,” (Psalm
19:7-9).
The fear of God is to hate every evil way. “The fear
of the Lord is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and
the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate,”
(Proverbs 8:13).
36
37
2 MINUTE WISDOM, VOLUME 2 3
6. The fear of God keeps you from evil. “The fear of
the Lord tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide
satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil,” (Proverbs
19:23).
The fear of God brings riches and honor. “By
humility and the fear of the Lord are riches, and
honour, and life,” (Proverbs 22:4).
The fear of God is strong confidence. “In the fear
of the Lord is strong confidence: and His children shall
have a place of refuge. The fear of the Lord is a
fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death,”
(Proverbs 14:26-27).
The Most Important Thing You Will Ever
Teach Your Child. Your children must be
taught the fear of God. “For I know him, that he will
command his children and his household after him,
and they shall keep the way of the Lord, to do justice
and judgment; that the Lord may bring upon Abraham
that which He hath spoken of him,” (Genesis 18:19).
The fear of God brings life. “Come, ye children,
hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many
days, that he may see good? Keep thy tongue from evil,
and thy lips from speaking guile. Depart from evil, and
do good; seek peace, and pursue it,” (Psalm 34:11-14).
The fear of God is a personal choice. “For that they
hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the
Lord: They would none of my counsel: they despised
all my reproof,” (Proverbs 1:29-30).
Those who fear God warn each other and share
their revelation of Him. “Then they that feared the
Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord
hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance
38
4 MIKE MURDOCK
7. was written before Him for them that feared the Lord,
and that thought upon His name,” (Malachi 3:16).
Those who fear God will be spared an eternity of
judgment. “They shall be Mine, saith the Lord of hosts,
in that day when I make up My jewels; and I will spare
them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.
Then shall ye return, and discern between the
righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth
God and him that serveth Him not,” (Malachi 3:17-18).
Two Irreplaceable Benefits For Showing
Your Respect For God. Those who fear
God will receive the healing of God and tread down
enemies. “But unto you that fear My name shall the
son of righteousness arise with healing in His wings;
and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be
ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that shall
I do this, sayeth the Lord of hosts,” (Malachi 4:2-3).
The fear of God will move you. “By faith Noah,
being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved
with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by
the which he condemned the world, and became heir of
the righteousness which is by faith,” (Hebrews 11:7).
The fear of the Lord perfects holiness. “Having
therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse
ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit,
perfecting holiness in the fear of God,” (2 Corinthians
7:1).
The Proof Of Love Is The Absence Of
Fear. Fearing man is tormenting. Love is
The Cure. “And we have known and believed the love
that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth
40
39
2 MINUTE WISDOM, VOLUME 2 5
8. in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Herein is our
love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the
day of judgment: because as He is, so are we in this
world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth
out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth
is not made perfect in love. We love Him, because He
first loved us,” (1 John 4:16-19).
Three Things You Must Never Forget
About The Fear Of God.
1. When there is no fear of God, tragedy is
certain to follow.
2. When there is a fear of God, there is
guaranteed eventual promotion.
3. When there is a fear of God, He guarantees
protection of your life and plans.
Eight Things God Wanted You To
Remember. Forgetting is too costly.
Tragedies and disasters are scheduled into your
life if you refuse to remember.
1. Remember the Source of every blessing. “But
thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is He
that giveth thee power to get wealth, that He may
establish His covenant which He sware unto thy
fathers, as it is this day. And it shall be, if thou do at
all forget the Lord thy God, and walk after other gods,
and serve them, and worship them, I testify against
you this day that ye shall surely perish,” (Deuteronomy
8:18-19).
2. Remember your vows. “Offer unto God
thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High,”
(Psalm 50:14).
3. Remember the goodness of God. “Blessed be
41
42
6 MIKE MURDOCK
9. the Lord, Who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the
God of our salvation,” (Psalm 68:19).
4. Remember to express thankfulness and
gratitude to God. “Oh that men would praise the Lord
for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the
children of men! And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of
thanksgiving, and declare His works with rejoicing,”
(Psalm 107:21-22).
5. Remember the wrath and judgments of God.
“Remember, and forget not, how thou provokedst the
Lord thy God to wrath in the wilderness: for the day
that thou didst depart out of the land of Egypt, until ye
came unto this place, ye have been rebellious against
the Lord,” (Deuteronomy 9:7).
6. Remember Lot’s wife. Jesus commanded us
to remember her as an example of those who disobeyed
Him. Abraham asked God to save Sodom and
Gomorrah if there were at least ten who were righteous
in the city. There wasn’t even ten. But, the angel
honored the intercession of Abraham for Lot, his wife
and daughters and brought the four out. Lot’s wife
looked back, in total disobedience to The Word of the
Lord. “She became a pillar of salt,” (Genesis 19:26).
7. Remember your losses and enemies.
“Remember what Amalek did unto thee by the way,
when ye were come forth out of Egypt; How he met thee
by the way, and smote the hindmost of thee, even all
that were feeble behind thee, when thou wast faint and
weary; and he feared not God,” (Deuteronomy 25:17-
18).
8. Remember the words of the apostles and
prophets regarding the coming of Christ in the last
days. “But, beloved, remember ye the words which
were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus
2 MINUTE WISDOM, VOLUME 2 7
10. Christ; How that they told you there should be mockers
in the last time, who should walk after their own
ungodly lusts,” (Jude 1:17-18).
Your Dominant Gift Is Whatever You Do
Most Easily. The linguist hears
distinctions quickly in learning a new language. Yet,
some gifted in languages cannot play a piano! To me
there is nothing easier on earth than playing the piano.
Playing the piano is like breathing…so easy and simple
that it requires no thought, focus or effort. Does your
cheerfulness flow through you like a river, into your
environment? Does your mind calculate numbers
easily, without effort?
This is your dominant gift...whatever you do most
easily.
What To Do When Dark Times Come.
Darkness Usually Creates Fear In
Children. Every father has heard the tearful tone of a
scared child paralyzed with fear, “Daddy, I’m scared!
It’s dark in my room.”
Recognize that darkness comes to everyone. “For,
behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross
darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon
thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee,” (Isaiah
60:2).
Do not try to lighten your own darkness. “For Thou
wilt light my candle: the Lord my God will enlighten
my darkness,” (Psalm 18:28).
Know the Source of light. “The Lord is my light
and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the
strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” (Psalm
27:1).
43
44
8 MIKE MURDOCK
11. You are not your own source of Light. God is. “The
stone which the builders refused is become the head
stone of the corner. This is the Lord’s doing; it is
marvellous in our eyes. This is the day which the Lord
hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. Blessed be
he that cometh in the name of the Lord: we have
blessed you out of the house of the Lord. God is the
Lord, which hath shewed us light:...Thou art my God,
and I will praise Thee: Thou art my God, I will exalt
Thee,” (Psalm 118:22-24, 26-28).
God is always aware of your darkness. “This is a
people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared
in holes, and they are hid in prison houses: they are for
a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith,
Restore,” (Isaiah 42:22).
God desires to lighten your darkness. “For Thou
wilt light my candle: the Lord my God will enlighten
my darkness,” (Psalm 18:28).
“How excellent is Thy lovingkindness, O God!
therefore the children of men put their trust under the
shadow of Thy wings. They shall be abundantly
satisfied with the fatness of Thy house; and Thou shalt
make them drink of the river of Thy pleasures. For
with Thee is the fountain of life: in Thy light shall we
see light. O continue Thy lovingkindness unto them
that know Thee; and Thy righteousness to the upright
in heart,” (Psalm 36:7-10).
Expect God to bring you light. “And I will bring
the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them
in paths that they have not known: I will make
darkness light before them, and crooked things
straight. These things will I do unto them, and not
forsake them,” (Isaiah 42:16).
2 MINUTE WISDOM, VOLUME 2 9
12. God is capable of bringing you through your dark
place. “Yea, before the day was I am He; and there is
none that can deliver out of My hand: I will work, and
who shall let it?” (Isaiah 43:13).
Expect your enemy to experience darkness instead
of you. “Yea, the light of the wicked shall be put out,
and the spark of his fire shall not shine. The light shall
be dark in his tabernacle, and his candle shall be put
out with him,” (Job 18:5-6).
Is It True That Michael Jordan Cannot
Swim? I read it in a newspaper and could
hardly believe it! This genius on a basketball court…
this magnificent specimen of a sports giant…could not
even swim? But, everybody…has a weakness, a failing,
a lack. Everybody. There seems to be an established
difference on the earth in giftings, talents and skills.
What are your gifts? What are your skills? What are
your abilities? You must identify the way God presently
uses you. How do you identify how God uses you?
What are the present opportunities you see? You must
identify your dominant difference from others.
Sameness creates comfort, but your difference creates
your reward. You must know where you are weak.
Awareness births reaching.
Reaching guarantees receiving.
Know where you are strong. What do you notice
immediately that others seem slow to discern or notice?
What can you tolerate that others cannot?
Identify your genius…and your weakness.

13. Heart Of Every Leader. Demas Shakarian,
impacted me greatly when I was 17 years old. I
attended The Full Gospel Businessmen’s International
Conference in Beaumont, Texas. He was the renowned
and beloved Founder of that organization that
unleashed waves of love throughout the world through
the motto, His Banner Over Us Is Love. He was more
than a great multimillionaire in business. He loved
people. He loved relationship. His son, Richard, is a
treasured friend. Richard and I were talking one day
about his father’s counsel, “Never talk to people before
they are ready to receive it.” Think on this strongly. It
explains the behavior of Jesus, refusing to condemn the
woman caught in the act of adultery. Men gathered to
stone her. Jesus did not choose that moment to teach
the men on the Power of Mercy, nor the woman on the
importance of Purity. He wrote on the ground, looked
up and told the woman to go and stop sinning from that
moment on.
The most beautiful plants in the world…were
planted in the appropriate season. Timing is the
golden ingredient for receptivity, acceptance and
change.
Think on this…when you enter discussions with
others. Ask yourself, “Is this the right place and time
to discuss this? Are the people in this environment
ready to receive this, embrace and respond favorably?”
Think on this…when you correct your children in
the presence of others…discuss a raise with your

Great Thoughts Always Die…In Wrong Places.
It Is Impossible To Live Holy And Right
Without His Authority Over Us. Moral
men fail. Their very independence from God reveals
arrogance and the lack of humility. “I will love Thee, O
Lord, my strength,” (Psalm 18:1).
I require a Source...of power, strength, Wisdom and
motivation. “Keep back Thy servant also from
presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over
me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent
from the great transgression. Let the words of my
mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable
in Thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer,”
(Psalm 19:13-14).
When I am in the presence of God, the desire to
live right emerges, becomes stronger and
overpowering.
When I am not in His presence, that desire
subsides, withers and shrinks. Rebellion increases like
a giant bear.
“Who is able to make war against satan?” (see
Revelation 13:4).
God.

your humility. Your willingness to REACH…forever
changes the Divine Blessing on your life.
Pray this prayer again…aloud…right now.
And…believe!
The Two Parts Of The Gospel That
Answer 1,000 Questions. Millions who
have accepted Jesus as their personal Saviour have
continued to experience great disappointments,
failures and sorrows in their personal lives and even in
their businesses. Why? It appears that His Presence
that brings such inner change…would solve every
other problem. At the same time, we see others who
never go to church nor even believe the
49
2 MINUTE WISDOM, VOLUME 2 13
16. Bible…experience great successes in many parts of
their lives. Is this contradictory and disturbing? Not
when you understand the two parts of The Gospel.
The Gospel has two sides: the Person of Jesus and
the Principles of Jesus that He taught. The Person of
Jesus prepares you for Eternity. The Principles of
Jesus prepare you for Earth...for living here. The
Person of Jesus creates your Peace. The Principles of
Jesus create your Prosperity.
One involves The Life…of God, His nature within
you. One involves the Law of God, deciding your
conduct toward Him and others. One is The
Experience with God. The other is The Expertise of
God operating through you. One involves The King.
One involves The Kingdom.
The Unbeliever…usually embraces the Principles
of Jesus, because they are taught in every success book
written! Many authors who reject Jesus, teach His
Success Principles in business, love and even finances!
Why? Because they work! They produce prosperity!
Then, why do they reject The Christ, The Cross?
Acceptance Creates Accountability. They reject The
Christ because they do not want accountability for
their prosperity…accountability for their conduct…
accountability to a Divine Judge. Quite like a child
who wants to eat three meals a day, cooked by mother,
but despise boundaries and curfew times established
by daddy.
Every Believer embraces the Person of Jesus. We
love His peace, accessibility and the power of
whispering His Name when we feel demonic attack on
our minds, our family or our body. Yet, few are serious
students of His laws. Why? Because we do not want to
be personally responsible for our success. We want God
14 MIKE MURDOCK
17. Himself…to make us successful. God is in control…is
the famed philosophy that both creates comfort while
removing from our minds the burden of responsibility
for our decision-making.
In a conference, I mentioned my grave concern
over the ignorance of the Family of God. I stressed
Hosea 4:6, “My people are destroyed for lack of
knowledge.” I pointed out that demons do not destroy
us, but rather our ignorance as The Word of God
indicates. Ministers afterwards were a bit glum about
my remarks, so I said, “Let’s not argue; I will give a ten
question test tomorrow night to determine the
knowledge level of everyone here.” Two of the simple
questions were…How many chapters are in the Bible?
None…nobody knew…in the entire crowd. Question 2:
How many books are in the Bible? 95%...did not know!
Only 5% knew…in the entire conference. Case
closed…or, maybe opened…!
Greatness Always Requires An
Environment To Expose It. Your
Difference From Others Will Require A Specific
Scenario, Season, Potential Reward Or Adversary.
Your surroundings decide the emotional Volcano that
erupts within you. Reactions decide rewards.
Remember the story of David and Goliath. The
promise of wealth and the hand of the princess
unleashed a passion in his Warrior heart of faith to rise
and demonstrate the power of God. David entered the
Army Camp of Saul, saw Goliath and the cowering,
shamed armies of Saul. The ideal environment for his
Warrior heart to be ignited. He changed the course
of the nation of Israel in one day.

19. Elephant Facts
Elephants are symbols of Wisdom in Asian cultures and
are most famous for their exceptional memory and high
intelligence.
Elephants are the largest of all land animals.
The largest Elephant on record was shot in Angola in
1956. He was nearly 14 feet tall and weighed 26,400
pounds.
An Elephant’s average life span is 70 years.
The gestation period of an Elephant is 22 months! This
is longer than any other land animal.
An Elephant’s most important appendage is his trunk. It
has over 100,000 muscles and weighs nearly 200
pounds! The trunk has a variety of purposes. Their
trunks are used for eating and drinking. Elephants also
use their trunks to greet each other like a handshake,
wrestle with each other, cuddle with each other, signal
danger and fight off enemies.
Elephants spend 16 hours a day collecting food. Half of
their diet consists of grasses. Only 40% of what they eat
is digested. The average adult Elephant consumes 300-
600 pounds of food per day.
An Elephant’s brain weighs over 5 kg.
Elephants can display a wide variety of behaviors.
Like humans they experience grief, can exhibit play and
use tools.
Elephants have an exceptional sense of hearing and
smell.
Socially, Elephants are very structured. Female
Elephants spend their lifetime in close knit family
groups. However, the male Elephants mostly live
solitary lives on the outside of the group.
Elephants are one of the most potentially dangerous
animals in the world. They sometimes exhibit
unexpected bouts of rage and can be vindictive.
Elephants are good swimmers and climbers.
Elephants have two gaits: a walk, and a faster gait
similar to running.
Elephants are a protected species worldwide. There are
restrictions in place on capture, domestic use and trade
in products such as ivory.
20. It. Winston Churchill needed Germany, a ferocious
Enemy, to unlock his determination and unparalleled
Leadership skills. Remember when the Apostle Paul
landed on the Island after the shipwreck? When a
snake attached itself to Paul’s hand to kill him, he
shook it off into the fire. It instantly caused the local
people to admire him as “a god.”
A Problem World Is A Champion’s Paradise.
Every Learner Is Not A Protegé.
Mentorship is the impartation of Knowledge
and Wisdom…to another. Jesus mentored the 12
Disciples. Moses mentored Joshua. Naomi mentored
Ruth. Every human is a Learner, receiving information
from their environment, relationships and discoveries.
Few Learners become true Protegés. A Learner…
chooses what he will believe and reject. A Protegé…
stores the opinions, persuasions and views of The
Mentor for future referencing and conversation.
The Protegé is simply a passionate pursuer of a
Mentor. The Protegé is the student who focuses on
every word the teacher speaks, stays after school for
additional explanations and personal relationship.
Every pastor quickly discerns the difference and
distinction of…The Protegé. The Protegé attends every
midweek service, attends every prayer meeting and sits
on the front row taking notes in every meeting. The
Protegé is listening for the unspoken…looking for what
others do not see.
Question: Who would seriously consider you to be
their true Protegé of their personal mentorship? What
is the evidence and proof that their teaching has been
pursued and lived…and evident in your decision-
making? How have you shown honor for their

The Most Dangerous Day In The Life Of
A Protegé. Your Mentor is much more than
a Cheerleader; a Mentor is your Coach…exposing an
error, confronting you when you are making a wrong
decision.
He pursues explanation, understanding and
invites scrutiny of The Mentor. A true Mentor does not
pursue your affection, but your personal Success.
Affirmation is a Seed of Caring. Correction is the
Seed for Change.
Correction is the most powerful Seed a Mentor can
sow into the soil of a Protegé. It shows caring...
compassion and true concern toward the well-being of
a Protegé.
When The Protegé continuously rejects the
counsel of The Mentor, impartation ceases. When
impartation ceases, correction ceases. When correction
ceases, the relationship ceases. The Most Dangerous
Day In The Life Of A Protegé…is when The Mentor
stops warning, stops correcting and permits The Protegé
to proceed in his decisions without constraint and
confrontation.
Every Friendship Affects You
Differently. When God Wants To Promote
You...He Brings A Person Into Your Life! Friendships
matter. (See Proverbs 13:20.)
...Every Friendship Feeds Your Dreams...or Your
Weakness. (See 1 Corinthians 15:33.)
...Every Friendship Increases Your Successes...or
Your Failures. (See Ecclesiastes 4:9-12; see also
Leviticus 26:8.)

22. ...Every Friendship Multiplies Your Faith...or Your
Doubts. (See Luke 24:32.)
...Every Friendship Is Divine...or Demonic. (See
Matthew 10:16.)
…Every Friendship Makes Deposits...or
Withdrawals. (See Proverbs 17:17, 22.)
...Every Friendship Empowers You...or Distracts
You. (See Galatians 5:7.)
...Every Friendship Corrects You...or Corrupts
You. (See Galatians 5:9.)
Time Has Never Made Anyone Wise. Age
and gray hair does not produce Wisdom. I
have met 80 year old people still unsaved and
rebellious to every Divine influence...so you can stay
stupid an entire lifetime. I have seen 15 year old young
men serving God with their whole heart...so your
Wisdom can begin in your childhood. Consider the life
of Saul, who rejected all counsel of the prophet Samuel.
His most painful experiences did not create change.
Yet, the young shepherd boy, David, had a heart toward
God from his very youth. Most people serving Christ
today began when they were young. The older you
become, the more calloused and inflexible you become.
“Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth,
while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh,”
(Ecclesiastes 12:1).
Hospitality Is A Ministry Of Celebrating
Someone Through Comfort. Abraham,
the Biblical patriarch, mastered the Ministry of
Hospitality…to the angels visiting him en route to
Sodom and Gomorrah. Jesus commended the
uncommon attentiveness and Hospitality of the woman

anointing His feet. (See Luke 7:44-46.)
Hospitality involves the removing of discomfort in
an environment...the honoring of another through
kindness, attentiveness and caring. I arrived as a
television guest of a Christian television network. My
pickup person (and host) commented humorously on
how much luggage accompanied me. A bit puzzled, I
explained that two weeks of travel necessitated much
of my office work and correspondence be carried with
me.
As we drove, I requested that we drop by a drug
store to purchase some personal items.
He said, “Well, we really are running late already.
They said to rush you to the station immediately. We
can pick up what you need later.”
I insisted on stopping anyway. Instead of
remaining in the van while I shopped, he chose to
accompany me to watch everything I purchased. As we
continued driving, I decided to close my eyes for a few
minutes recuperation before going on the live
television program.
My host then said, “I know you are tired but this
is my opportunity to ask you some questions.” Desiring
to be an enjoyable guest, I sat up, and patiently began
to answer his questions for 45 minutes. He was
completely oblivious and insensitive to my needs. His
inability to assess my needs after a long trip…helped
stir me to strong self-assessment on Hospitality and
mentoring my team as well. Master the Art of
Hospitality…and you will make yourself unforgettable
to others. Failure to do it…and you will still be
remembered, but for the wrong reason.

24. The Most Forgotten Law In The
Universe. The Law of the Seed is the most
misunderstood law in the world. Seed indicates
Beginning. Everything is a Seed. Time is a Seed.
Mercy is a Seed. Patience is a Seed. So is Impatience.
Unforgiveness is also a Seed. Deception is a Seed.
Tardiness to your work is a Seed. It sends a message
that you do not care. Disinterest is a Seed.
Recalcitrance...rebellion...stubbornness is a Seed.
Disrespect to your boss is a Seed…for termination.
Inaccuracy is a Seed. Error is a Seed. You can tithe on
Sunday morning and neutralize it in 24 hours at your
job.
Obedience Simplifies Your Life. Stress is
deadly…emotionally, financially and
spiritually.
That is why obedience to The Holy Spirit is so
important. When you obey His voice, your life will be
simplified in ways beyond your imagination.
1. God does not expect you to please everyone
around you. Simply be pleasing in your spirit and
conduct.
2. God does not expect you to live without
adversaries and enemies. He has promised to protect
you and to deal with them in His own special way. (See
Psalm 118:6-9.)
3. God will not give you an instruction that is
impossible to complete or obey. (See Psalm 32:8.)
When God instructed Noah to build the ark, He
even told him exactly how to build it.
When God told Solomon to build the temple, He
explained the dimensions of it.

25. When God wanted to heal the blind man, He told
him which pool to go dip in to wash the clay off.
When God wanted to heal Naaman, the leper, He
told him exactly how many times to dip in Jordan.
God is the Creator…you obey. So, He does not
expect you to come up with creative ways to obey Him.
Following instructions simplifies everything.
The Quality Of Your Work Is A Seed.
Everything is a Seed. I had a friend of mine
ask me, “How much of your financial prosperity do you
attribute to your hard work or your Seed-sowing?”
I explained. “My work is my Seed. I am a Seed.
Every part of me is a Seed. Diligence is a Seed.
Excellence is a Seed. Accuracy is a Seed.” Everything
is a Seed. Some of our bad Seeds abort the birth and
growth of great Seed. You are sowing every single
minute of your life…into yourself or into another.
