This document discusses posters created for a short film. A teaser poster featuring an iconic image from the film was made to generate interest without revealing the plot. The same ambiguous image was used for the character poster to link the two visually. An unedited screenshot was considered for a theatrical poster but two posters were the limit. Capturing stills from the film proved difficult due to movement within shots.

1. This is my teaser poster the reason I chose to do this is because it is a very Iconic part
of my short film. Using this image gives no part of the short film away. I wanted a teaser
poster to increase the desire to see the film, using this type of advertising can build hype
for your film. Although I would not be showing my short film in a mainstream way.

2. I used the same image for my character poster because I did not give away much of the
short film. Leaving I chose to use the same poster image so that they are linked together
easily, I believe that using to many different images from a short film can give a lot away
is there is only around 5 minutes of film.

3. This was going to be my theatrical poster but as I chose only to design two I left this
image un-edited to show you how I took my poster images. I took them directly from my
short film by using screen shots, doing this allowed for me to keep the quality level the
same and enable me to see what was able to be done with what I have although as seen
in this image taken some stills of my short film was tricky because there was to much
movement with in the screen to get a clear and un-blurred image.
