Questions to Ponder What does it mean to have a safe learning environment? What elements of a positive classroom culture and climate are you currently using?  How is this evident in your classroom? What did you see or read that was new to you? What is your goal for trying something new this week?
Putting it all together Pick 1 new idea to try in your classroom this week with the intension of improving classroom culture and climate.  Implement the new idea and reflect on the results.  Did it go as planned?  Will you use it again? How would you adjust it for future use?
