New redisential building. Two white boxes join each
other and contain six houses. The neigbordhood is mainly
formed by single family houses and we tried to create
a small scale block to have a small visual impact in the
residenial area.

Restoration of an old historic building in the center of
Granada to be used for the Law Faculty Library. The
building has a central empty space as the main part of
the library, follow by a patio, perfect to have a break
after a long time in the library. The building was finished in
December 2014. Photographs by Rafaela Rodríguez.

The Watzmann peak is the second peak in Germany. The
hut is located at 1919m high in the Alps. A part of the hut
need to be repared. We had to find the best possible
rehabilitation in an extrem place, difficult to reach and
to build. With the traditional architecture and material,
we design a contemporary room to eat or spend a cold
afternoon with one of the best views of the Alps.

The urban design is defined around the industrial identity
patrimony of Badel Block, generating public spaces,
pedestrian movements and urban views. We build the
border of the block, and in front of the green market open
the big Subiveva façade, generating an intern continuous
“full” space, able to transform the urban landscape.
We use the underground to introduce the traffic, a new
underground street that goes through the complete
Badel with different access and uses. A new urban view
is the Badel Tower, commercial uses, 67meters high,
adjusted to the Cathedral towers, with a viewpoint over
the Medvedbica Mountain and the Sava River. Around
the new Badel Square a shopping center building, with
cinema is designed connected to the Yeast Building. In
the west border, a residential building is designed with
double U form, and retail use in the ground floor to the
street, with cafes and restaurants to the intern square and
closer the Gorika Hotel a entertainment zone with fitness
club. Definitely, a design for the economic structure of
Zagreb, that revitalizes the neighborhood and attract
new needed investors for the city of Zagreb, to get its goal
of a dynamic city.

10. HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER
GRANADA
Student work at the University of Granada, 2011.
How to place a Clinic and a Reseach Center into an old
Industry?
How to work in front a river?
These were the firsts question I made myself when I began
with this project. A new building conected with the old
Industry, and at the same time create an open air space
with trees, to make the new Clinic and Research Center a
nice place to live and to work. Introducing new materials
like glass and metal, with the old bricks and new forms to
create a space that works.
The main ideas for the project is to conect all the uses
and the at the same time know how can it works without
disturb each other.
Green spaces are one of the strongest point of the project,
each tree are choose to fit with the seasons, the sadows
and the sunny spaces...

11. BLOCK RENEWAL. GRANADA
Student work at the University of Granada, 2009.
Re- Use old buildings that do not work with the new ways
of live. The area in which the buildings are located is old,
dirty, and needs to be changed.
I use the structure to introduce a new kind of housing, with
the lifts, stairs and new tarreces out of the building.
An open air space and a civic center complete this
program that want to make a better place to life without
destroying the old buildings.
Now is time to think how to re-use buildings, we need to
take care of the enviroment and re-using buildings instead
of build one new, is a good steep to begin.
