INTERIOR DESIGN OF A STANDARD OFFICE AND SHOW-ROOM FOR ROTO FRANK COMPANY (GERMANY)
Design of the prototype for future company offices in Germany, China and Spain (2011)

SHOW ROOM: located in the heart of the office, to provide product accessibility to all program packages and to confer high
transparency (to provide a lighter space at the center of the office), perameability ( to give access to different areas), close enough
space to study the product without distractions and adaptability (to the product, allowing grouping them into types, to future needs
and new products and to any kind of space, in terms of size and shape).

MODULE: We propose a flexible module that transmits a corporate, tidy and tecnological image. This module is used as stand to
expose the product, as stand for the interactive screens in the sale room, as an advertising element and as a separator between
different program packages: a single unifying element for the space.

MATERIALS: Cold materials as steel and glass, associated with techology and the product, Warm materials as wood, to create a

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF THE NEW BAIX LLOBREGAT INTERMODAL STATION (Barcelona, Spain)

A proposal has been drawn up to promote the central area of the passenger and bus terminal. The passenger
building is a spacious shell, the floor of which forms an elliptical figure, 110m at its widest axis, coinciding with the
direction of the tracks and 85m at its shortest axis, 15m high from level 6.00 which is where the building descends
down to the platforms. It is illuminated centrally by a large oculus, 50m in diameter which allows in natural light
and is screened using slats at a 45º angle.

The building is finished with a metallic look, in keeping with the basic metal character of the transport systems

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF THE NEW BAIX LLOBREGAT INTERMODAL STATION (Barcelona, Spain)

The facade of the building exterior consists of a low emissivity glass sheet at its base and along the
entire perimeter, separated 80cm from another glazed sheet inside as well, forming a large air
chamber containing all record ventilation mechanisms and air conditioning, besides structural
                                      elements.

The opaque part of the facade is solved by a system of aluminum Kalzip coating that is also applied
to the roof settlement to get a unitary character of the whole. In the cover center there's a large
skylight protected by giant aluminum slats that are completing the enclosure. The whole design has
                                      undergone stringent energy efficiency requirements.
