Learning Execution of Technical Drawings with Structural details, structural
calculations and new anti -seismic systems, following Building Regulations,
Eurocodes. Production of all certificates for the realization of new residen-
tial, quantity surveying, assistant site management for new construction
and refurbishment of various works (High End family houses, Camper sites,
Industries Farms, Retaining Walls, Steel Structures, RC Frames, Drainage,
Roadworks).
Preparation of preliminary and executive estimates and cost plans, detailed
bills of quantities and tender documentation, managing the tendering pro-
cess, issuing interim certificates for payment and final accounts.
Preparation plans fire emergency of many Hotels**** in Taormina e Giardini
Naxos
Realization of the Certificates of Energy Performance for Valle Alcantara
Actions at the Land Registry Offices in Italy preparation of the documenta-

Oversaw a reconstruction of a road around a mountain including
Construction of retaining walls and gabions, water constructions,
canals and wells for diverting water, drainage works, guard rails and
tarmac applications and various other road -works. Management
of the team (n°15 workers) & collaboration with private compa-
nies. I also oversaw implementation of amendments to the project
as it progressed. I was site coordinator for Healthy and Safety and
responsible for budgeting.Throughout this experience I maste-
red the importance of being responsible for a team of workers.
During the experience of working on this construction site I learnt
the practical foundations of civil engineering works, went through
specialized training, workload organization, decision making and
communication skills. I developed a comprehensive understanding
of the need to utilize the skills of different members of the team
because I believe that resourcefulness, firmness and tenacity are
essential for achieving specific objectives and resolve problems.

Was lucky starting career in Real Estate and Construction in my family's building company. Was involved in all aspects of
property maintenance and construction, from supervising medium -small mixed -use developments to planning civil and
commercial extensions, also able to advise across a broad range of services, building control, specifications/ supervision
of building works, quantity surveying, cost management, procurement, safety, disputes, as well as site investigations and
statutory matters.
In the 2007 I had an extensive training from my uncle in loading and unloading materials, preparing mixture of cement
