This document provides details on several architectural projects in Cambodia. It describes a high-end resort development called Blue River Resort along a river in Kampot with various amenities including 35 private bungalows, an outdoor pool and restaurants. It also outlines plans for renovating an existing house into a restaurant called Eleven One Kitchen in Phnom Penh and installing an outdoor climbing wall at an apartment building in Sen Sok district. Concept proposals are presented for a sky bar with indoor and outdoor lounge areas to be constructed on the rooftop of the Blue River Resort.

Blue River is a high standard villas resort located on a 200m
x 80m land along the river in Kampot. The main concept is
to create a place, an atmosphere that relies on the
province’s quiet, natural and peaceful scenery. The moun-
tains, the river and the pepper are the key elements defining
the province and needing to be reflected in the landscape
architectural design.
- Reception cocktail/lounge with boutique and staff offices
(600m² usable surface).
- Outdoor covered restaurant on riverside for clients and
visitors (1064m² including 266m² professional kitchen and
garden).

Architect designer in charge of 2D/3D planning under the
design management of Mel LOPES, Architect.
Program: (340m² usable surface)
Rehabilitation of an old existing house into a restaurant.
The Eleven Two Kitchen location presents an indoor area
as large as the outdoor. Therefore the intention is to link
the two spaces thanks to a stylish and simple layout in
order to give a strong identity to the whole.
- Managing a flowing consistent planning for both sides in
order to freely move over from one space to the other.
- A wide open kitchen will connect the different areas and
therefore to harmonize the entire space.
Our concept will also incorporate natural elements to
direct the different areas and also to maintain a green
sustainable position already existing in the Eleven One
Kitchen
